This property is an idyllic retreat in the stunning Cardrona Valley, Unobstructed views of Cardrona Ski Resort & alpine surrounds, and half a hectare of beautiful landscaped grounds to explore (featuring local granite, tussock & freshwater creek). This is a special, private, year-round destination for skiers, adventurers, hikers, nature-lovers & families. Nestled halfway between the South's top resort towns (Wanaka & Queenstown), a 10-12 min walk to Cardrona Village, & short 3 min drive to Cardrona Ski-field entrance

*(Please note: A 1.9 metre, 6-seater Stoked Stainless electric hot-tub is due to be installed at the property June 2025 -ready for the Winter ski season) *
