Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.

Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.

There are three types of apartments:

* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.

* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.

(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).

In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10

It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€ on request

Tolle Anlage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Garten ist noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Alles mit Blumen und grüner Umgebung. Ganz großes Lob an den Gärtner. Viel Platz für die Kinder zum spielen. Direkte Lage am Strand. Aber auch in der Nähe gibt es mit kurzer Fahrtzeit richtig tolle Strände. Marco war immer zur Stelle, ob bei Fragen oder wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Vielen Dank. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hält was sie verspricht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Es ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit 6 Wohnungen, rundherum mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool. Das Meer ist fast direkt vor der Tür. Nur eine sehr wenig befahrene Straße trennt das Grundstück vom Strand. Die Gegend ist touristisch nicht sehr umfangreich erschlossen. Es gibt ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe, eines direkt am Strand. Als Vegetarier muss man allerdings meist auf Pizza zurückgreifen, denn die Menüs sind gefüllt mit Meeresfrüchte- und Fleischgerichten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Anlage- gute Lage

Gepflegter Garten mit vielen Blumen, Gartengrill bei der Wohnung, einem Pool und Parkplatz mit Ladeanschluss für e- Auto. Man kann im Badeanzug über die Strasse direkt ans Meer, Sandstrand. Einkaufen nur mit Auto möglich. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmässig. Überall sind die Fenster mit Mückengitter versehen. Marco, der Betreuer vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Merci Marco! Wir hoffen, dass die Möbel und die Kücheneinrichtung die intensive Nutzung durch die zahlreichen Gäste übersteht oder ersetzt wird. Für Badeferien sehr geeignet.

Charmant, reposant

Cet endroit est calme et très bien entretenu. Différents espaces à notre disposition pour profiter pleinement du panorama (mer et montagne) ont fait de notre séjour un dépaysement total. Logement très fonctionnel ( il n'y a que le lave linge qui s'ouvre par "magie"😄) déco moderne et épurée. On s'y sent comme à la maison.

Strandurlaub

Sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich klasse, so nah am Strand. Das Meer war wunderbar sauber. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt, der ist toll für kleinere Kinder, wir sind lieber an den Strand gegangen. Abends und nachts ist es sehr schön ruhig. Wer Restaurants, Geschäfte und mehr touristische Infrastruktur möchte, der ist hier wahrscheinlich nicht so glücklich - wir hatten eine wunderbar erholsame Woche.
