The house has a large outer zone, equipped with a barbecue, tables and chairs to eat outdoors with magnificent views. The property is closed with a perimeter wall that prevents access to other people. It has a portal for vehicle access and in the covered garage there is room for up to 3 cars.

The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living room with sofa and television, a bathroom with shower plate, a laundry and a bedroom with double bed and a bed sofa. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower dish and 3 bedrooms, each bedroom with 2 individual beds.

All bedrooms have a large closet to organize clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, in addition to winemakers, oven, great fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. In the laundry there are washing machine, tendal, ironing table and iron, which can be used freely.

There is free wifi. The house has heating in the winter.
