O imóvel é muito bom, limpo, arejado, cozinha completa, tanquinho para lavar roupa, fica em uma localização muito boa, perto de mercado, farmácia, a praia é muito boa para crianças. Falta apenas wi-fi. E não poder usar a piscina do condomínio é chato principalmente quando se tem criança e a mesma vê outras pessoas usando a piscina e você ter que ficar falando que ela não pode.

Fomos agora em outubro, nossa estadia foi incrível. O apartamento superou nossos expectativas. Ele fica no terceiro andar e de todos os cômodos é possível ouvir o barulho do mar. É muito perto da praia, 1 minuto apenas a pé. O Tibério foi atencioso do início ao fim, viajariamos em março, mas tivemos que adiar devido a pandemia e ele foi atencioso e cuidadoso em todos os momentos, nos possibilitando remarcar e dando todo suporta necessário. O caseiro Luiz foi muito simpático e atencioso também. O ap é muito aconchegante, realmente nos sentimos em casa, super arejado, fresco e muito bem equipado. O único defeito é que a viagem acaba hahaha. Só temos a agradecer. Voltaremos com certeza.

Reservei por 15 dias e posso garantir que foi tudo muito perfeito. Desde a negociação ate o último dia da estadia. O locador foi muito correto e prático. Estive lá com minhas filhas e mãe. Tudo pela internet e pelo watzap. A recepção também foi bastante cordial. Já conhecia Caragua, e posso afirmar que localização do apto é excelente, no melhor ponto da Martins de Sá. Além do fácil acesso à praia, o apto surpreende pelo conforto, praticidade e amplitude dos comodos. Não é necessário levar mais nada, além artigos de cama e banho. Parabéns ao proprietário pela recepção, bom gosto e gentileza. Até a próxima!!!
