El hotel cuenta con lo básico y el personal es amable. Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo cuando hice el check-in me informaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado ese día. No tuve mas opción que cenar en un restaurante fuera. Me sobró un poco de comida que guardé en la pequeña refrigeradora que tiene la habitación. No hubo manera de que me hicieran la cortesía de calentarla en microondas por un minuto. ¡Castigan así al huésped! Nunca regresaré a un lugar donde no tienen sentido común para entender las necesidades más básicas de sus clientes. Me sentí como si estuviera mendigando y haciendo algo malo.

Beautiful place to visit

Nice place to stay in Brazil. Has a great complimentary breakfast. O.K. pool, and a nice fridge in the room. Pretty clean, and nice place.

Pousada com ótima estrutura, bem perto da praia, supermercados e restaurantes. Bom atendimento e serviço de quarto. Camas confortáveis. Ótima opção para quem não quer sair da pousada também, piscina aquecida e bom restaurante, dá para ficar o dia inteiro curtindo a estadia.

Péssima pousada.

Pousada precisa de uma boa reforma. Fiquei com minha família no prédio anexo, zero segurança não tem recepção no prédio anexo e o portão fica literalmente aberto o tempo todo, ou seja, zero segurança. Cheguei um pouco antes do horário do checkin e não deixaram entrar, zero flexibilidade com a liberação do quarto, você acaba pagando por 1 diária com tempo menor que 24 horas. O quarto é péssimo e pequeno, cheira a mofo, o banheiro sem condições, chuveiro não esquenta tanto, sem falar que o chuveirinho fica caindo toda hora. Enfim, não possui nada de conforto. Pelo preço da diária precisam melhorar 100% pra oferecer um bom serviço. A comida da pousada é caríssima e as condições da cozinha já se vê que não são boas. O café da manhã razoável, não tem quase nada de opção e você vê que os bolos são requentados a todo momento, nada é fresco. Para quem busca conforto passem longe dessa pousada kkkk não voltaria e nem indicaria jamais.
