**You will have 1 private parking space inside the Residence.

** Our comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and your stay includes towels, clean sheets, sanitized , as well as basic products for personal hygiene, as well as a rich Venezuelan coffee or a detail from our part welcoming you!

** Both rooms have Air Conditioning (Main room recently installed)

**Check-in ( check-in) is scheduled to take place after 04:00pm; as well as Check-out ( check-out) at 11:00am. If you have any special requirements outside of these hours, you can coordinate with the amphirtrion or administrator. Please note that there may be an additional charge if the request involves additional transportation or other expenses, and these must be charged to your invoice, previously approved by the guest.

** We have water service 365 days a year.

** Our WiFi network is working properly, we also have an internet backup device in case the main internet reports failures.

**There is no electrical rationing programmed for the Zone.

Note: Following the earthquake on June 24, 2026, in Venezuela, this 8th-floor apartment remains 100% habitable. No painting or plaster repairs are required. The building's elevator is currently unavailable.
