We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great - short walk to the beach and shops. The house is clean and spacious with lots of room for a large group. The kitchen had most of the things one might need for cooking. There were plenty of beach towels and the beach chairs were a nice surprise. The pool and hot tub were really nice to have; just wish the hot tub stayed hot. We had to turn it on in the morning to get it warmed up for the day - not ideal if you want to use in the mornings. The water pressure could use some improvements and the hot water was very inconsistent. Attention to a few details would go a long way - providing a cooler to use at the beach, providing additional garbage bags to put in trash cans, fix the leaky sink. Communication was prompt. Overall this was a nice property given its proximity to the beach and shops.
