Quiet serene spot on Capri. There are no cars allowed in this side of Capri- making it quiet and calming. It is located on walking path, be prepared to walk up hill to get to the Villa. Totally worth it! It was clean, friendly staff, beautiful view of the Sea. I highly Recommend!!

Wonderful hotel! It's a bit of a trek to get there from the central square, but it's entirely worth it. The outdoor relaxation spaces are so inviting, with the infinity pool and many loungers and both in the sun and shade. There are several walkable dining options nearby, including a great restaurant called Lo Sfizio literally 2 minutes up the street, and it's a perfect place to stay if you're interested in some of the walking/hiking delights of Capri such as Park Astarita, Villa Jovis and Villa Lysis, all of which I highly recommend. The 24-hour service is wonderful, and the nighttime view was stunning, with stars visible on a clear night. I will say that the bed was not the most comfortable (I have back pain and found the mattress too firm and springy), but my husband had no trouble sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it particularly for couples or friend groups who are more interested in the hiking/outdoor pleasures of Capri than the chi-chi dining/shopping experience.

We loved the location which is away from the tourists. It felt like we were in the heart of local Capri. Although you can get there easily, it is a 10 minute incline walk with somewhat steep sections so if you have mobility issues, it is important to keep this in mind.

Hotel Villa Sarah is the most wonderful hotel. Yes it's a short 5-10 walk up the hill from the main centre of Capri but once there it's so beautiful,quiet,calm and away from the hustle and bustle of Capri town.. all the staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable..it's a small family run hotel and once there you are treated like one of the family,nothing is ever too much trouble. The pool is perfect to relax around after a busy day exploring. Rooms are very clean with tiled floors, basic but have super comfy beds and top quality bed linen,air conditioning etc...when in Capri you'll only want somewhere to sleep as there's so much to see and do. Breakfast is lovely,fruit breads cheese, cereals,juices etc. Fantastic coffee. If you have heavy bags you may well want to get them portered up to the hotel when you get off the ferry as you have to take the funicular up to Capri town from the marina, otherwise it's a taxi and the queues are usually very long.. Thank you again Villa Sara. 5 stars

A perfect place to relax after a busy day walking and exploring. Yes the rooms a little dated but there is amazing hot water in a small shower. The AC worked great. The pool was chilly here June 2024 but who cares you’re in Italy on an amazing island. Yes to get to the hotel it is a bite of hike up hill. (Bring the high heels in a bag, lol) So be ready for that. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
