POSSIBILITY TO USE THE SHARED CONDOMINIUM POOL WITH OTHER GUESTS UPON REQUEST.

Arrival: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a surcharge of €40.

Departure: by 9:00 AM.

Linen: the apartments are not provided with bed linen and towels. It is possible to rent them at a cost of €40 per set (sheets and towels) up to 7 days before arrival, with pickup at our office in Portoferraio.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
