The location of this Pousada right on the lake is the big sell. Nice to eat breakfast overlooking the lake. Also great that you can book a boat through the pousada and just walk down to the dock to get on the boat for the day. The only downsides are if you have any sort of issue with walking, the walk uphill to the rooms could be tough. Also there isn't anything around the pousada so you have to drive 10 minutes into town if you want to go out to eat.

Uma experiência fantástica! Capitólio é uma cidadezinha muito aconchegante e de muitas opções de passeio. A pousada Mar de Minas fica 4km fora da cidade com acesso por estrada de terra em boas condições (Set/2025). Sua localização permite ótimas paisagens e contato com a natureza e animais do campo. Todos os funcionários são muito solícitos. Adoramos!
