Welcome to La Gampierre at Cape Harbour This is a fabulous
waterfront dream. Stunning views of the water, and mangroves,
and a step away from a phenomenal sunset. This condo features
a three bedroom, two bathroom spacious oasis to relax, re-set,
and catch some sun. This is a sought after fifth floor unit, with a
wrap around porch. From the master bedroom, the living room
and the spare bedroom, you can go outside on the lanai and see
the gorgeous views. The master bedroom features an en-suite
dual sinks, and huge walk-in master closet. The guest bathroom
Has a shower and a single vanity. Entertaining will be quite easy
with this open space, fabulous kitchen & living room. The pool,
jacuzzi, and marina, are just steps away. Also, the restaurants,
entertainment, and shops are right downstairs. Everything you
need is here. Available for season only January through March with a 3 month minimum or 2 month minimum.
