The house and all its amenities were amazing! The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we could’ve needed! The host had kayaks, fishing rods, and there’s also bicycles as well. The game room was SO much fun. The property has so many things to do so you really don’t even need to leave. We also very much enjoyed feeding the 25 year old blue tang they have in the fish tank! The location is perfect and the house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood. This house was perfect for our group of 7 and I would highly recommend this place! We definitely will be back and we’re hoping to come next year but we want to stay a little longer :)

This couldn’t have been a more perfect family hometraveling with teen and adult kids. The backyard and game room were a highlight. Made even the rainy days fun. The host was very responsive and I like how management came out and explained the pool and hottub.

Beautiful spacious home. The house was very well provisioned with soaps and paper products, etc. We enjoyed the location as we biked to Torched Bar & Grill; as well as, biked for the exercise and seeing the neighborhood. We enjoyed the kayaks in the canal and fishing from the dock. We caught our first tarpon and lots of other fish. Sunsets were beautiful and we watched them every night from the lanai. Latoya and Charles were wonderful hosts! We will definitely be return guests.

House was perfect, host was helpful and upfront with everything no surprises. Great house, great host perfect for a family get away or a friends vacation. House was beautiful and clean. We went with our 5 kids and had a blast. Plenty of things to do around the area. Dock to fish off of in the back. Kayaks, bikes, pool, hot tub, fishing poles, a game/lounge area. Place has it all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Overall an amazing vacation home. It was perfect for a relaxing week. We enjoyed the pool/spa and dock throughout the day. We spent our evenings in the game room playing arcade games and air hockey. Chuck was a wonderful host and has thought of everything you may need while there.

A great house in a quiet area

We had such a great time at this house. Our kids 12, 11, 8, and 5 loved the game room, the pool, fishing off the dock with the provided fishing rods, and feeding the fish their snacks. Everything was very clean. The hot tub was great. Anytime we needed something, like a cooler, or beach chairs, even super glue, when my 5 year old dropped his souvenir and broke it, we found it in the house. Thank you!

Great family vacation home

Great family vacation home to stay in February! Chuck was so easy to communicate with and work with if any issues arose. Very happy with our choice for location and property on the canal front. Would definitely recommend this if anyone is looking for a nice property in a safe area for a relaxing vacation

Beautiful home

8 of us ( 2 families) stayed at this house and felt it was perfect!! Lots of space,really fun game room, amazing pool/ spa lanai area! The sunsets are stunning!! Communication with manager was great and all our needs were tejded to promptly.

Perfect for a memorable family gathering

What an amazing stay! The home has many social gathering spots our family utilized to relax, chill and catch up while we enjoyed Christmas. We loved the outdoor spaces and enjoyed the lanai, pool, hot tub and kayaking daily. Our hosts made sure we knew how to operate the pool, spa, lighting etc, which took away any guesswork and made our stay more welcoming. We even had a Christmas Tree set up for us! We had everything we needed for a memorable trip. Thank you for paying attention to all the details!

Fantastic after Christmas stay

House is in a very quiet part of town and everything is easily accessible. Loved all the seating and tables for large family stays. The guys loved fishing off the dock in the morning and everyone loved the pool and the hot tub. Our favorite room was the game room. It kept everyone entertained from the video games to the pool/ping pong/air hockey table to the fooseball table and massive big screen tv for games. The bedrooms being on the 2nd floor was not an issue for us but is worth mentioning. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, bbq grill and plenty of outdoor seating. We only had a few SMALL complaints. The couch in the gameroom is broken and not comfortable at all which made is tough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. Also, the bathrooms only had 1 ply toilet paper. For the amount paid per night, decent toilet paper would be nice. My grand asked if we could come back next week!

This house is truly a dream get away spot

The hosts were amazing with constant responses to questions. Upon arriving to the home we had all information needed for access. The house was extremely clean with great make amenities/goodies. This house can entertain people of all age ranges and the game room was my spot. The oversize bean bag was amazing and as an adult I had an opportunity to feel like a kid while enjoying family time. The location of the home could not be more perfect. I would stay here again hands down. Thank you all for making my family experience memorable.

Taken advantage of

While the house, location, check in, etc were all pleasant, it was the aftermath of our stay that was shocking and unpleasant. When booking our stay, I was prompted to add accidental insurance. I pondered and then decided to purchase, just in case…. After leaving, while sitting in the airport to fly back home, I receive an email stating there has been a claim for damages through my accidental insurance policy. This claim was for over 5k. I was shocked and felt taken advantage of. I felt the owners took advantage of the fact that there was insurance and made false claims of damage. Seriously, claiming a new oven was needed, a new BBQ was needed, a games table needed to be replaced, all carpets were stained etc…. These claims were outlandish. I felt taken advantage of and would NOT recommend staying here to anyone due to just that.

Great get away for our group

Our group of family and friends loved this house and it fit our needs perfectly. Everything was as advertised and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were able to bring our fishing kayaks and caught snook, redfish, and even hooked a juvenile tarpon in the canal even though we didn’t have the best tides. Would definitely do this again in the future.

Relaxing Time

We enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, close to everything and quick trips to Ft. Myers and Care Coral beaches. The water view if stunning, especially from the Eagles Nest (my favorite room in the house.) We loved having 4 kayaks, we needed that with our families and it allowed for us to enjoy more activity together. The game room was a hit for time away from the sun. We cooked meals every day in the kitchen and grille. We had plenty of paper products throughout our stay not inly in the kitchen but bathrooms. This is a nice touch. We had snacks and waters provided, along with coffee and all the spices we needed. They also have foil, saran wrap, and wax paper. Plenty of towels both bath and beach along with beach chairs, cart, and umbrellas. We fished a lot (mostly got catfish) and added some stuff to the tacklebox. The master bath is really nice. Be careful with the glass door it hits the tile, we let the owner know perhaps a rubber guard on that section will help. Nothing happened to it, but I worry it could in the future. Beautiful view though from the two person shower. The master bed and guest bed attached to the master bath both have beds that are really, really high. I mean HIGH. They do have stairs to get into it though if you need. I didn't mind because I could see the trees from the tall windows. We really enjoyed our time and getting to know the neighbor who was friendly, you don't always have this so it was nice. The kids loved their time there

Magnificent water front playhouse!

House exactly as described on VRBO! Latoya was great ! Responded to any issues immediately ( no real issues just minor stuff). Tied our boat to the property dock with ease. House is beautiful with a lot of room and lots of fun additions ( movie/game room ). Would highly recommend!

Great Stay at Eagle’s Nest!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Eagle’s Nest. The home was clean, well-appointed with items we needed, and had many favorite spaces for our family. We have two teens and two four-year olds and they all enjoyed the game room and pool. The adults enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking on the canal, and the many different gatherings spaces - both indoors and outdoors - that the property offered. The sunsets from the dock are spectacular. The property host (Latoya) is responsive, communicative and very nice. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties but have loved this one the most. It’s so peaceful to have the property abut a nature preserve.

Fun in Cape Coral

Very nice home with a lot of amenities Huge fish tank in office, video games in garage that is set up with card table, air hockey, ping pong and huge screen tv. Kyaks and bicycles also provided. Snacks and bottled water also provided House was on canal so we could fish off dock. Very enjoyable

Lovely Home

Eagles Nest is adorable! The home has plenty of space, the kitchen is fully functional, huge dining room and dining room table, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect pool and hot tub, and the icing on the cake is the game room with pool table and retro arcade style games! Everything was just what we were looking for. Thank you!

I little piece of paradise

We had a wonderful time at the Eagle Nest. The home was very clean and wonderfully stocked with bottled water, snacks and paper products. It’s was so peaceful to look at the river and the nature preserve on the other side. I don’t know what was our favorite, the 8 ft bean bag or the spa. I’m sure we will be back.
