If you rent or bring your boat, it takes you just about 20 minutes and you are on the river. From there you can either explore our gorgeous islands or you can go north and stop at downtown Ft. Myers for a great night out.


A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

If you want to rent a boat or bring your own, you can tie it directly to the dock behind the house. In 20 minutes you are out on the river where lots of beautiful islands with amazing white beaches are waiting for you.

The house itself is in a gorgeous quiet neighborhood – and yet you are just walking distance away from great bars and restaurants. Everything is so convenient.

For days at the beach, we have beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for you to use.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a perfect meal for your loved ones.

All bedrooms are very well lit and inviting. The master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has a full-size bed.
There is a smart TV in the living room and on the patio as well as in the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. The bedroom with the full size bed does not have a TV.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
