Pool/Spa 5 Stars but House needs work

Pros - Very nice large heated pool and spa. Liked the location of the home. Near the middle bridge going into Cape Coral. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood. House had a Keurig and bath robes. Rooms were spacious. Cons - The tablet to operate the pool/spa had problems. Error messages kept popping up and you had to keep repeating what you wanted the pool/spa to do on the tablet before it would finally take. Recommend written instructions on how to use the tablet to operate the pool/spa. Overall the house was nice but there were several maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as refrigerator didn't make ice, light bulbs out or flickering, microwave door was cracked in three places, two outdoor lounge chairs were broken (mgmt company did replace them while we were there), floor was very dirty, shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. The tv on the lania didn't have a cord long enough to plug in. Mgmt. company brought an extension cord but outdoor GFI outlet did not work so we had to run the extension cord through the patio door to an interior outlet. We had no a/c one night which couldn't be helped but we did spend five hours the next day waiting on the a/c repairmen. If the maintenance issues were addressed, we'd recommend this rental. Personally, there are too many other rental options and we would not return to this property. It's a shame because the pool and spa were excellent!
