¡El lugar perfecto para relajarse en la calidez y serenidad de Cape Coral! Esta casa frente al mar de 2,500 pies cuadrados, bellamente remodelada, se encuentra en una tranquila calle sin salida. Es una casa privada de tres dormitorios y dos baños con acceso directo al golfo y se encuentra en un canal a solo 10 minutos de Redfish Cove. Está completamente amueblado con todas las necesidades para que su estancia sea relajante y agradable.

Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada en un excelente vecindario residencial a corta distancia en automóvil de playas, campos de golf, pesca, los campos de entrenamiento de Boston Red Sox y Minnesota Twins, supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas exclusivas y centros comerciales.

El salón principal es un plano de planta abierto. The house was clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed to make it a home away from home. We felt safe and comfortable and enjoyed the sunshine and swimming in the pool! The patio was a great hangout for a family cookout and John was very helpful and quick to answer questions, give us advice about the area, and fix any issues if we had something come up.

It was a lovely property. We were there for a long weekend. We didn't do any cooking, but there was everything you would need, including lots of spices in the cupboard. There were coolers, bait buckets, fishing poles, beach chairs, and life jackets in the garage. The outdoor area was wonderful, as well as the pontoon. John was incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! The pool, hot tub and lanai were perfect. Our kids chose not to leave the house some days. Had pool towels, accessories, games, bikes, fishing polesetc. and we kept busy. We rented the tritoon 4 days and it was great being able to get out on the water. Sanibel beach was beautiful and had beach chairs and cooler to pack snacks which was a must with the kids. We would absolutely stay at this property again. John was very responsive with all communication before and during our stay.

My husband, my parents and my 4 kids stayed a week at the house. The pool was amazing. The dock was fabulous for fishing. We had a great week soaking up the sun. If youre looking for a family friendly space and a great outdoor setting this house is for you.

Glad we booked it!

John was so easy to work with and his place was exactly as described. We had such a great time taking the kayaks on the canal, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We appreciated the “extras” like a pack and play, little high chair and a few toys/books as it saved us from having to pack those for our granddaughter. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again if we visit Cape Coral in the future. Thanks for the use of your place!

Nice for Family Vacation

Nice house, comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people including infants. Beautiful pool and outside area to relax. Located on a canal connecting to larger waterways. Option to rent beautiful tritoon to explore by water. John is very easy to communicate with.

Awesome Amenities!

We had such a great time and really enjoyed the amenities the property had to offer like the pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area and grill/bar. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the garage with useful stuff for boating/beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

Quick stay to end our cruise

The house was great and John was quick to respond. The one bathroom had a window with a spray tint that was peeling off. John responded quickly, but in the end we just put towels up. This did mean, however, that we were short bath towels, but since it was a short stay, it wasn't that big a deal. The house was nicely furnished with everything you'll need, including a boat (for rent)! The kids didn't leave the pool very much and that was the primary reason we picked this house. We would definitely stay again.

Snow Birding

Our stay lasted ~7 weeks and we had a great time. Wish we could of stayed longer. House was perfect for my wife and I, as well as, when we had guests. The outdoor area was great and where we spent much of our time. Having the boat was a huge plus and would recommend others to utilize it. Our owner, John was fantastic and as a veteran VRBO tenant, the most responsive owner we have ever had. Would highly recommend this location.
