The pool heater always is set 89 to 90. You can't touch the heater, if you want the hottest pool let me know with an extra charge of $25 daily.
Turn off the lights outside the house during the day and the pool light too.
The garbage truck passes on Thursdays early in the morning, please take out the can on Wednesday at any time. Do not leave the doors open.

We had a great family Spring Break! The home is spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed the salt water pool and outdoor games. We explored Sanibel, Fort Meyers, Pine Island and Cape Coral. Thank you!

This home was clean and had all the extras to keep everyone iof all ages occupied. We couldnt figure out how to get the air hockey table to work. Even plugged in, it would not power on.The paddle boat was great for the kids to go fishing. We bought some poles and left them in the garage for others to enjoy. The lights that are build into the cabinets in the kitchen after a few second of coming on strobe. I thought i was in an episode of stranger things. LolThere was a tiny baking sheet so i bought another on to leave there. There were not any mixing or storage bowls so i bought some to leave there. The stoves main burner doesnt heat up properly. At full heat i can touch w my hand. I used the gas stove outside alot. I really appreciate that option. When the washer is going you can hear the pipes bump in the main bedroom. The remote in the master bedroom was missing the cover for the batteries. The pool has a hard suction on the wall that the steps are located on. Could be an issue w a child with long hair could get sucked up in this area. All of these things were minor and did not take away from our time. We will definitely try to book for next year spring break. This by far was the best house in 5 years of staying in cape coral and we appreciate the opportunity to rent this home.

We stayed here as a family of four with two younger kids, and the house absolutely blew us away. It was everything we hoped for and more. The home is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Our whole family loved the pool, and the kids spent a lot of time in the game room, it was a huge hit. The property is well maintained and truly felt like a home away from home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cape Coral and are already talking about coming back. Thank you for being such a wonderful host and sharing your amazing home with us!

Everything was wonderful! Hope to stay there again next year! The outside kitchen and ice maker was really nice and the lake view was beautiful. Hot tub is the only thing that would make it better:)

This place is outstanding! Location is great. You wouldn't believe that it's 1900 sq ft. The house is modern and bedrooms are perfect. It's a new rental and some of the gadgets would be helpful with some instructions, but other than that, i will book every time i come down!

Very clean, beautiful home. Little things that most places don’t have available, they did. (Utensils, appliances etc) kids loved the games in the garage. If we needed anything, they were quick to respond. Only negative thing I could say is that there are only 4 chairs at the tables in the dining room and on the patio. Great place to stay
