Home from home in Cape Coral

Modern home with upscale furnishings and linens. Very light and airy, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Spacious bedrooms and beautiful screened porch overlooking the garden and canal. Very close to highway and shops. Lovely area for cycling/walking/wildlife.

The super clean property was furnished very tastefully, yet comfortably, with fabulous appliances, furniture, mattresses and bed linens. Patricia, the owner, was readily available if we had questions. Marvelous stay!

Practically perfect

Our wonderful 2 week stay started with an easy entry into the front, practically zero entry, door. The open airy atmosphere made us feel like we were home. The three of us enjoyed the four person dining table, the couch & chairs, and table & chairs on the lanai. We did not see any manatees but many White Ibis came every afternoon. The first day the shower seemed only warm, but after that, the temperature was hot. The hall bathroom could use another towel bar especially if there are more than two people using the two guest bedrooms. It was very nice having use of the garage. We had a Nissan Rouge. Anything much longer would not fit due to the refrigerator at the back of the garage. Once I figured out the thermostat, the air conditioner worked great.There were plenty of hangers, towels and wash cloths. The kitchen towels were tricky to find, but they were there.I would recommend this home for a relaxing retreat.

I have been renting on vacation sites for years.This place was perfect!! Best Listing I have ever come across, across the board perfect!Everything was close,Everything!Chefs kitchen!Huge Tvs with all the apps connected.Kayaks,Fishing gear,Bikes to get around! Everything I could have ever wanted! Jesse and Patricia were the Best hosts!! Everything handled professionally, like they've been doing this for years! I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for Fun in the Florida sun!

Look no further!

You will find little reason not to enjoy this modern, beautifully freshened home in the heart of Cape Coral where eats and shopping action is just around the corner, literally!! This property is on the water which makes it fantastic to stay close or you can venture just a little for many other activities as well. Catch some crab, fish in the backyard or enjoy the endless “you name it” restaurants located within a stone’s throw. Find a beach spot, fishing spot, paddle board seclusion, drinks on the water or lunch somewhere off the beaten path, this property will put you in the middle of it all! The owners are fantastic and they want your stay to be special and they take pleasure in sharing this place with you! Enjoy!

beautiful vacation spot!

My friends and I rented this property for a getaway. This is such a beautiful home! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The split floor plan worked perfectly for our group of couples. We loved the backyard dining area and spotted a few manatees during an evening dinner on the patio! We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us!

Welcoming Host with a Comfortable Stay that has Everything

Patricia was an incredibly welcoming host that made us feel right at home. She was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and equipped with everything you would need. It was exactly as listed. There are huge TVs, beds are very comfortable, and great indoor and outdoor spaces. There are even manatees that swim around behind the property!!! Our trip was great and left feeling refreshed and wanting to come back. I would definitely trust Patricia with your vacation!

Tolle Unterkunft für unsere Familie

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Raumaufteilung ist super, man hat viel Platz und kann die Garage nutzen. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Sogar ein tolles Shampoo wird zur Verfügung gestellt :-) Sitzen im Garten/Veranda ist auch bei Regen möglich, da sie teilweise überdacht ist. Man hört etwas den Verkehr der Hauptstraße, was aber nicht allzu schlimm ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und ich konnte unkompliziert noch eine Nacht verlängern.
