This house was perfect for our trip! It was better than the pictures. We came for a 40th birthday celebration. For 5 people there was more than enough space. We enjoyed the outdoor space every single day. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for the cooking we did do. Centrally located for all the activities we had planned. Lots of nice restaurants near by. Very responsive host. Nice clean space. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.

Wonderful!

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. There were plenty of towels and lots of kitchen appliances and tools which was great! We had a wonderful stay and my only suggestion would be for basic essentials to be supplied, such as dishwasher detergent and hand soap. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great staycation

Property was just as pictures showed. Great layout, well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Beds were comfortable and loved that we all had king beds. The lanai was the highlight, grilled, ate outside, relaxed by the outdoor TV in the evening, and of course enjoyed the pool and loungers. Silvie from the reality company was wonderful to deal with, and as we were facing hurricane Helene and not knowing what to do, she was wonderful! BTW: we made it unscathed! I will not hesitate to rent this property again.

Outdoor oasis

This place is as advertised. Super clean, super nice, a lot of great modern amenities. The outdoor space is amazing. The dock is also very inviting and a great place to hang out on sunny mornings. If we find ourselves back in the Cape we’ll look to rent again.

Beautiful and Convenient

The home presents exactly as shown in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Ft Myers/Sanibel. The outdoor space is the shining star of this property. The pool is beautiful and the screened in lanai keeps you bug free. The canal views are so relaxing and you get nice sunsets. Checking in and out is a breeze and communication with the property manager is very prompt and clear.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and clean. We even managed to catch a few fish off the dock with poles that were in the garage. it is well stocked with quality items in the kitchen and the towels were nice and fluffy. The outdoor kitchen and living area are perfect!

Villa is great value for money. Very nice, modern looking with lot of space. Location is little further away for boating and it take about an hour to cruise through channels but we knew this when booking. Communication with property was easy and they reacted promptly to our request. We can really recommend it!

Paradise!

I can not say enough great things about this lovely home. The week was perfect! The lanai and pool area could not be better. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but close enough to wonderful restaurants and supermarket. If you want to feel like a millionaire BOOK this home! We are already planning a return trip!

Pave in the pool slippery. Danger for kids Border of the pool sharp too dangerous for kids No additional amenities. It's just the house nothing more. It was ok but no too enjoyable like planed

What an amazing property! We were amazed the minute we walked in. We’ve been renting vacation homes from the Outer Banks to Miami for years and this is by far the cleanest, most modern, well kept, organized, relaxing home so far! If we could, we would put an offer on this house in a heartbeat!
