We loved this house and all its amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was relatively short and we were unable to enjoy all of them. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the kayaks, fishing equipment, the pool and hot tub, the gas grill, and the arcade and air hockey games. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. We went to Lovers Key Beach and saw manatees and the local Four Mile Park. Both were wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

The house had a very nice location. It was very roomy and worked well for our family of six. I can tell from my experience in other rentals that EVERYTHING has been well thought out. The entire family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The unit was very clean. The communication was great as the owner was very responsive (almost immediately)The kids loved to fish with the rods provided. You can't go wrong with this home!

Beautiful House and great location!

We LOVED our stay here! This house was not only beautiful, it was spotless, very well stocked with everything we needed and the location on the beautiful canal was just perfect. It is close to restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. We would most certainly come back! The property manager was very attentive and responds quickly. Thank you for allowing us to make some great family memories!!!

Beautiful home and pool!

This home worked out great for our combined family of 5, when we stayed for 3 nights. It’s very well-maintained with an attractive decor and all the amenities you could ask for. The pool and hot tub are really nice, and it’s an extra plus to be right on the canal where my grandkids used the kayaks. We also enjoyed the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and the Pac Man video arcade game. I highly recommend this property.

Great place for a chill family vacation

Just a very welcoming home, making for an easy, relaxing spring break. Well maintained. Has all the amenities one could want or need. We felt very at home here. The kids were over the moon, being able to hang out and swim all day. Would book again!

Beautiful home with amazing amenities

The home was absolutely beautiful. Quiet neighborhood with everything you need not too far away. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the grown kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the dock.

Perfect for rainy days and down-time!!!

This was the perfect home for my family during our down-time and stormy days while in the area for a baseball tournament. The arcade room, activity filled garage, and pool were a HUGE HIT with our 16-year-old son! The varied indoor entertainment was wonderful for occupying us while waiting to hear about when rain-delayed games would begin, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy so much quality family bonding time! The layout of the house was great for when individuals wanted quiet time and the master suite bed was phenomenal! The kitchen was well stocked, which was very helpful when cooking early morning meals and reheating leftovers from some of the wonderful area restaurants. The elegant, yet fun, coastal décor made for a very relaxing environment. We would happily stay here again!

Good house for family vacation

The house was clean and is a perfect size for a small family gathering. We had some issues the owner responded fairly quickly and tried to help resolve. Bring bug spray, the no see ums are horrible. The bites appear out of nowhere and are extremely itchy. Fire pit worked only once couldn’t get it back on the next night. Pool and Spa is nice size could use a stonger filtering system. I was cleaning out the pool ALL day. Location is good but if not familiar to area just know its a bit of a drive to the beach. We went to Lovers Key which was beautiful. The game room area in the house and garage were the kids favorite part especially during the spontaneous rain storms. Dock was great we were lucky to see a double rainbow after a storm. Overall would book again and to those wondering it is a great house to rent for a relaxing family vacation.

Absolutely perfect

We could’ve asked for a better location or a better property. The house was clean, organized , and stocked. Our little ones enjoyed the pool and the hot tub the most, but not as much as my husband! He was in that hot tub every single day and loved every minute of it. The beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect.

Sunny Cape Coral

We had a very good experience at this property, so well equipped including baby accessories. We spent most days by the pool and also rented a boat to tour the area by water and saw dolphins and a manatee.
