The home gives you three bedrooms, open concept, work area with fast internet as well as fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for longer stays.

You may be a family like us so we have
provided a pack and play, high chair, childrens
toys and water safety equipment.

In the winter months we keep the pool heated to 87 degrees. Please note it can take time to heat up each day depending on the weather.
The a/c is set for 74 during the day and 72 overnight. If you need it cooler please message us. This is to ensure the a/c doesn’t freeze up in the summer months.
We may allow one small dog for longer stays, please message for more details.

Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to all amenities.


Our pool area boasts a screened enclosure to keep bugs out and fun in!

Our property manager Livia is close by to help with any questions or concerns that may arise.

Wonderful!!!

We absolutely loved the house, the property, the pool! The house had absolutely everything you could possibly need… it truly felt like a home away from home! My boys (1 & 3) enjoyed the pool immensely but also really loved the toys and the beach items! We loved that we didn’t have to bring/buy much to make our stay comfortable! Thank you to Melanie and Livia for the help and the wonderful stay!

Great stay.

We had a great stay here. The house is a little far from the actual beaches, the closest ocean beach is Fort Meyers which is a 35/45 minute drive. A lot of the areas are still not open. The property manager was very attentive. House was clean.

Great little getaway

This property is in a great location. Thirty minutes from the beach. Close to the river district in downtown fort myers. Beautiful heated pool and outdoor lanai. The house has plenty of room for a family or girls getaway. Property management is right there if needed. Mostly, I would definitely stay there again!

Great Pool

This home worked well for 3 generations of our family. The grandkids loved the pool. Much of our time was spent there. Beaches were not yet open and other attractions were limited for the kids when we visited but that is improving week by week.
