Our stay at this Cape Coral home was nothing short of incredible — truly the perfect place for a large group getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every room felt comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The layout is ideal for groups — whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s room for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy time together. The outdoor space was hands-down our favorite part. The pool area felt like a private resort — we spent most of our time lounging, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful Florida sunshine. The seating areas made it easy to hang out as a group, whether it was morning coffee by the water or evening drinks at sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking group meals, and the dining area easily accommodated all of us, which made dinners together feel special. Everything in the home was well-maintained and clearly cared for, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.Location-wise, it was perfect — close enough to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Whether we were heading to the beach, grabbing groceries, or going out for dinner, everything was convenient. If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral that can comfortably host a large group while still feeling elevated and relaxing, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

Host cancelled and refused refund

One week before our stay the host notified me that our stay was cancelled due to hurricane damage and refused to give us any of our money back. We paid the full amount up front and he would not give us any of our money back because he didn’t “have” to. He was a jerk to communicate with and I wouldn’t recommend renting from him ever.
