A fantastic place for family vacation. We had 3 adults and 3 children (6, 4, 2 yrs old). Everyone had plenty of space, the home very clean and comes well stocked with all the "nice to haves" of pool toys, kids books/games, pack and play, booster chairs, gates to close off the pool, shampoo/conditioner, some condiments/spices, etc. The home is close to nice parks like Fellowship park and Four Freedoms Park; as well as the nice little yacht club beach that is open to the public. Getting to Fort Meyers beach was easy as well. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Awesome Pool

We loved the pool, it’s a great size and well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone in the house with a well appointed kitchen, plenty of stocked supplies.

Better than we could have imagined!

This house was absolutely beautiful! The pool was amazing and so refreshing! It had everything we needed to hang out at home and go to the beach! Everything was so clean and organized. The communication with the property managers was easy and flawless. Definitely would recommend!!

Great house for a family holiday!

This was a great place for us to stay over the holiday. Everyone had their own bed and the house is open with lots of seating inside and out. It was a great place for our group to gather!

Perfect family getaway

We loved this place. Great location, plenty of space for 10 people. Great to have a TV in all the adult bedrooms. The pool area was amazing. Wonderful pool at the perfect temp and plenty of room to hang out out and have dinner outside. Also beautiful sunset from the pool area. All screened it was wonderful. The beach chairs and other beach equipment including the wonderful wagon made being at the beach so easy. We went to Bunche Beach and Fort Meyers Beach in about 30 minutes from the house. Plenty of fans which was appreciated and a very well equipped kitchen- except those kitchen scissors throw those away. This house is well equipped with a larger group in mind. The beds were not the most comfortable for our group, but mattresses are highly subjective. A few minor issues- all addressed by the owner very quickly. They were fantastic to work with. - no lights in the bunk room - also in the back bedroom by the pool. We just used the lamp. There were plenty of lamps. - despite all the screening around the house and the front door, we ran into 3 large cockroaches during our stay in the house. But this Florida and we had enough brave folks to attend to them. - no water on our last afternoon evening. Might have been a city issue but it was still addressed right away. We all got what we needed washed before we left. Also very reasonable cleaning duties at checkout. We had a great time and would likely return. Thank you to the owners for a great stay.

Excellent vacation home.

This house is amazing. We had a excellent experience staying in this house. My daughter loved the heated poll and the play room on the garage. Great experience, i high recommend this home for everyone that is looking for vacation home in Cape Coral. The owners Steve and Nichole Dimmer are nice and very help full at any time that you need anything, easy to communicate with. Thank you i am sure i will be back in this house again in the future.
