Summer Vacation

The house was very nice and as advertised. The pool was nice, TVs in every room and very adequate furniture. The kitchen was nice with updated appliances and plenty of prep area. Location was great for going either north or South.

The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is there for you. The rooms are so spacious with the most comfortable beds. The pool made the stay very nice for our hot summer vacation. I 100% recommend choosing this home for your vacation and we hope to be able to rent this home again on our next trip to Cape Coral.

Perfect Cape Coral Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen, which had all the essentials. Plenty of linens and casting to the TVs from our iPads was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for morning walks. We loved spotting burrowing owls and watching the iguanas from the lanai.The pool area was just the right size and beautifully maintained, and the warm, sparkling water made it hard to leave! The location is also ideal, just a short drive to Publix, shopping, and some of our favorite local spots like Bread Pete for breakfast, Miceli's, Rum Runners, and Yucatan Waterfront Bar and Grill for great waterfront dining. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing Cape Coral getaway

Cape Coral Weekend

The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved having the waterway in the backyard and even got to see a manatee one afternoon. It accommodated our group of 7 nicely. I would say that the kitchen is not fully stocked if you plan to be there for awhile...missing things like scissors, a vegetable peeler, etc.

Great house and location

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter with 3 little ones. It was well stocked and nice to have included a high chair, pack-n-play and even a jogging stroller! The pool/ hot tub were very nice and the kids swam nonstop. We rented a pontoon boat for the week and the location makes it very easy to get to the river and go to restaurants by boat. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved that it's pet friendly, and the neighborhood is easy and safe for taking walks The hosts were very considerate and helpful when I had to make some changes in the reservation. I would definitely consider renting there again.

Great House with everything you need!

This house was one of the best stocked houses we have rented. Had everything you need to make a great dinner. The pool is right of the kitchen so the kids can play in the pool while you cook and they are still in sight. We rented a boat and explored the near by islands each day. Highly recommend doing that! It only took about 5 minutes to get out to open water. Thanks for a great week!
