Private & quiet location less than a mile from the historical Cape Charles. With quick access to the Chesapeake Bay, a boat slip is available for vessels up to 17'. The spacious backyard has a gas grill, firepit, corn hole boards and a covered porch. Enjoy the scenery from inside the large open kitchen/living area with floor to ceiling windows. Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen with a Viking gas cooktop, beverage fridge, undercounter icemaker, bar area & RO water dispenser. There is also a full house water filtration system and a whole house automatic generator, in case of a power outage. Beach chairs and towels also provided. *The hot tub is not in operation during the summer months, but the community swimming pool is within walking distance. While we value your privacy there is a security camera on the front of house only and is only monitored if necessary. The POA requires that all rentals sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
