Cape Getaway 1-Walk to the beach-BBQ-Beach Gear

Cape Getaway 1 is half of a duplex centrally located in Cape Canaveral near restaurants, shops, and parks. It's just an 8 minute walk or 1 minute drive (with free parking) to the beach! You'll appreciate the recently renovated fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Relax in the backyard seating area or grab the beach cart loaded with gear and a cooler to catch some rays and waves at the beach! Just bring clothes and personal items because we have everything else you need.

The main living space has a 55" TV and couch and is open to the kitchen with an eat-in bar. The primary bedroom has a king bed and pack n play. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Outside, the backyard patio is divided by a privacy fence to provide separate patio seating for each side of the duplex. There is a washer and dryer that is in an outdoor storage area that is shared by both units. There's parking for 2 vehicles in the carport and driveway.

Take a short drive to the port & watch cruise ships come & go from one of the restaurant patios. Rocket launches are visible from the backyard & even better from the beach. Kennedy Space Center, Manatee Park, the Pier, Ron Jons, everything that Cocoa Beach & Cape Canaveral offer are just a few minutes by car. Orlando airports, Disney World & other theme parks are 45 to 55-min drive.

You will have access to the entire side of the duplex including the unit's carport, side yard with a laundry room with washer and dryer (note washer and dryer is shared with both sides of the duplex). The backyard is a shared space with a partial privacy fence to separate the shared yard between the 2 sides of the duplex. Each unit has their own seating area.

A rental agreement is required. An early check-in and/or late check-out may be available. Fees may apply.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. Close to the beach and some restaurants, gas stations, etc… Had no issues checking in and the host allowed a little earlier check in which was nice. Book with confidence, would definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Great Location

Thanks to Teresa for providing a great place to stay while we visited Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center. A few blocks from the beach, and not far from grocery stores and restaurants. The home is clean, with a great kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Check-in was seamless and easy. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Holiday Beach Trip

Cape Gataway 1 was the perfect place for our family of three during the Thanksgiving holiday. We came into town to see some friends who traveled from out of state and the location was right near their condo making meetups a breeze. I loved the beachy vibe and all the little extras (beach chairs, wagon and even some snacks!). We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach. Teresa is an amazing host and made the entire process so easy. She even sent us a link to the rocket launch site and we were able to see one through the clouds late one night - so cool. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family when they are in town as well.
