Segunda vez no Cerro Azul. Hotel fantastico. O diferencial para outros hoteis fazendas é que os quartos nao ficam em cabana, e sim totalmente integrados as areas comuns do hotel. Se tiver um dia chuvoso, ou muito frio, nao ha qualquer dificuldade em ir no restaurante ou na piscina coberta. Destaque tambem para o restaurante, so produtos de qualidade. Único detalhe, bem detalhe, que acho que poderia ser melhorado é a iluminaçao da piscina e do restaurante que mistura luz branca e luz amarela. Um lugar bonito desses merecia somente luz amarela, que deixa o ambiente ainda mais aconchegante

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e é muito bonito. O quarto estava limpo e organizado e a recepção foi boa. No entanto, o serviço deixou a desejar. Apesar do hotel contar com diversas lareiras e lugares para fazer fogo ao ar livre, eles estavam sempre sem nada e quando solicitado que acendessem, demoravam muito para atender a solicitação (cerca de duas horas) e ainda deixavam o fogo apagar. Durante nossa estadia também foi realizada a manutenção da caldeira, então passamos 24 horas sem que os chuveiros funcionassem adequadamente. Acredito que esse período poderia ser menor.

Excelente hotel fazenda. Otimas acomodações com banheira, restaurante. piscina térmica. Fizemos cavalgada e passeio com trator pelas dependencias da fazenda. Único ponto negativo e ao qual sugerimos providencias é em relação à cama de casal, muito apertada em nossa suite. Pelo porte do hotel e pelo valor cobrado é necessário uma cama maior.

Tivemos dois anos atrás e nossa experiência foi incrível novamente. Quarto super confortável e espaçoso. Equipe super prestativa deixando os berços já prontos no quarto, além de liberarem o quarto assim que chegamos. Comida muito boa e boas opções de bebidas. Equipe super atenciosa no hotel e da fazenda. Assim como antes, volto provavelmente ano que vem para colheita do cogumelo Porcini.

Fiquei no Cerro Azul Hotel Fazenda e gostei bastante. Lugar agradável, tudo organizado. A comida é muito boa, bem feita mesmo. E o pessoal que trabalha lá é super simpático e atencioso, sempre disposto a ajudar — dá pra ver que a equipe toda se preocupa com a experiência. A cavalgada foi um dos pontos altos, bem tranquila e bem conduzida. O passeio de trator também é muito legal, ótimo pra conhecer melhor a propriedade de um jeito simples e divertido. E o passeio pela Coxilha Rica tem paisagens bem bonitas e preservadas. Foi uma experiência bem positiva, voltaria com certeza.
