Delightful villa in a private park surrounded by greenery with swimming pool open from 1/6 to 15/9 grass soccer field with n. 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, with n. 2 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor fireplace, private gardens (one with a canopy equipped for outdoor dining) and condominiums. The house is a few minutes walk from the sea and a few minutes drive from the famous Greek Temples and archaeological area. Located at the beginning of the Cilento coast and about 40 minutes from the Amalfi coast. At the sea you can access both the free beach and the lido equipped with bar restaurant pizzeria, children's play area and relaxation area with paid entrance.

Per esigenze familiari ho optato per l'affitto di una casa vacanza a due passi dal mare, sperando in un luogo silenzioso, sicuro per i bambini e abbastanza grande da ospitare 6 Adulti e 2 infanti: MAI SCELTA FU PIÙ GIUSTA! La proprietà della Sig.ra Maria è perfetta per questo tipo di esigenze, con tutte le comodità che una casa possa avere, spazi verdi ed ideali per un barbacue, vicinato rispettoso e soprattutto silenzioso , a 200m dal mare e se non vuoi sporcarti i piedi di sabbia c'è una piscina solo per i condomini del residence. Consigliatissimo sia per la struttura e sia per la disponibilità della Signora e dei suoi collaboratori. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Un abbraccio da Mario, Rosa, Chry, Gabry e family.

Consiglio vivamente la proprietà di Maria. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e non potevo chiedere di meglio! Molto vicino al mare (raggiungibile a piedi) e il parco molto curato e sicuro, un’oasi. Inoltre i proprietari sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza

Unser Aufenthalt war vollkommen. Die Gegend kannten wir schon, das Haus war gemütlich, war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigte und, was uns sehr wichtig war, es war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
