The house next door set off some fireworks during a burn ban. It was pretty cool to see the show even though it was highly illegal, which the host was kind enough to warn me about.

Great property and location. It was not clear from post to rental agreement about pets ok and if there was a pet fee however a quick email with the property manager cleared things up quickly. We love the keyless self check in. Property was very clean. Only feedback, would have been nice to have body soap and Kleenex provided.

We had a wonderful time! We were so proud of our dogs who navigated the stairs like pros! I think my favorite part about it were my elegant neighbors, the deer. I took so many pictures. There was one deer that got within six feet of me, and one buck that had ten points on his rack! It was a delightful little place! We loved our stay! Thank you so much.

Everything needed was available.FYI I did take Kcups but there is a coffee pot instead. The location was only a block away from where we were visiting so that was a plus, and a block away from the park for anyone with small children. Very nice with retro vibes

Swarming with mosquitoes

We killed six mosquitoes within an hour of arriving. The plug-in fly traps were filled with bugs. We left after the sixth mosquito because we saw more flying around and did not want to sleep in those conditions.Management company refused to offer even a partial refund or credit. They said they couldn't find any living mosquitoes the next day. Probably because we killed so many!
Bug trap was overfilled. Management said it was evidence the traps were working. Sure, but disgusting!

Impressively clean!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean. It was decorated nicely. We had plenty of towels, papertowels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. that made our stay comfortable. We would stay here again if ever back in this area.

Family weekend fun

This adorable little house was the most perfect launchpad for the various activities we planned for in the area. We saw how cute it was from the pictures on Vrbo, but were surprised at how much even cuter it was when we got there. Some of the reviews mentioned that there was no hot water in the shower. But we had plenty of hot water for showers! I can’t think of anything that would’ve made the stay better.

The property was not as clean as I would have liked. It’s a very small place which worked for us but may not for everyone. The kitchen was incredibly small and not stocked with many essentials including coffee. Make sure to bring bath soap as there was none of that either! There’s no real usable outdoor space either. All in all, fine for the price we paid.

Overall property grounds were clean - I specifically asked BEFORE I booked if hot water issue was resolved based on previous reviews. After driving 4 hours and ready to take a shower - water was cold, VERY disappointed as I was assured the issue was resolved. Also found a few hairs (not ours) on towels that were cleaned. Septic light at front of property was on which means it needs service. Notified owner/management company of ALL three issues upon night of arrival. No response on issue until after I reached out to VRBO next afternoon. Very disappointed.

It was very clean! It had a modern feel with nice appliances. The couch was small and uncomfortable. There weren’t tvs in the bedrooms which made it hard to relax in the bedrooms. As long as you were needing those it was a beautiful property.

The location was peaceful and quiet, and watching the dears was an added plus. Although I have to admit when I heard the coyote howling in the night was a bit unsettling. Everything else was good. The property seemed fairly new. Had a little issue but it was resolved immediately with no further issues. I actually did not want to leave

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

This property was exactly how it looked on the website. It was extremely clean. It was decorated nicely, had free WI-FI that worked well, had a good supply of towels, offered toiletries, comfortable beds, a bright flood light to see at night, and a fantastic mirror in the bathroom! We also loved all of the deer sightings in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again, and I will recommend this place to any friends.
