Discover your private Hill Country sanctuary in this modern, custom-built cabin, nestled on four acres with breathtaking canyon views and frequent wildlife sightings of deer, foxes, and hawks.

*as of March 2026, there’s a house that just started construction up the hill from the cabin. We anticipate some noise between 8am to 5pm.

This 800-square-foot home is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a full width covered deck with expansive canyon vistas. The deck is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset while soaking in the 6-foot Cowboy pool that can be cooled or heated.

Living & Kitchen:
- Bright, airy living area with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV for streaming, and large windows with Hill Country views.
- Indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with stone countertops, a full-size range, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware. Dish soap and laundry detergent is provided.
- Coffee station with a Keurig (pods provided), drip coffee machine, and a French press.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (stand-up shower).
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo).
- Kids' Loft: A fun sleeping area accessible by a ladder.

Amenities:
- Full-sized stacked washer and dryer.
- Soft sheets and a variety of pillows provided.
- High-speed internet & Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Living:
- Full-width covered back deck to watch the sunset.
- 6-foot cowboy pool on the back deck can be cooled or heated.
- Common area with a picnic table for outdoor dining and a fire pit perfect for s'mores, all lit by charming party lights.
