Close to the beach

Downsides are proximity to the train tracks and less than picturesque street. Upsides are one block from JLP beach, a very nice garden area, very friendly family running the place, parking provided on site, and a good price for the area.

Feeling at home

Staff and owners made us feel at home. Location is just perfect, 30 seconds to the sea. 5 minutes to the train. and right next to the walking alley, next to pharmacies and shops and bus stops. We loved our stay and we love Juan-les-Pins.

Good place for visiting Cannes. Close to the train station and an easy walk. Friendly couple run the place and are happy to help. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfy.

Very pleasant

Owner was fluent in English and very accommodating; walking distance from train station & downtown, one block to the beach. Room was clean & cozy, there is a garden behind the hotel. You do hear trains go by but it's not that bad.

Some of the nicest staff I've encountered in France, wonderful location in the centre of everything and steps from the beach, large and clean room, fantastic housekeeping...I can't think of one negative thing. Highly recommended.

Good service and correct price

The staff was very welcoming, even though French was an easier language to use than English. The hotel location is excellent. One slight inconvenience: the back of the hotel faces the railroad and the windows are single glazing.

Cozy familty hotel

A cozy, clean and quiet hotel run by a smiling, hospitable (if slightly quirky) couple. Vintage furniture, ample space. Great location next to the beach. 20 minutes by bus to Cannes, shorter if going by train. Breakfast is served in a dining room facing a lush garden. On sunny days, you can eat on the lovely porch. The railway is close to some rooms - to protect my sleep from early morning trains I used earplugs.

Decent hotel for the money.

An ok hotel close to the beach. There is a rail road track running just behind it, so with windows open it gets very loud. Not too bad with windows closed. Sound proof in general is poor, you can hear people walking down and up the stairs. Rooms are very small.

Good choice

We stayed here three nights and the overall experience was very good. The couple who runs it is nice, however the woman speaks poorly english, but you will manage to work it out with some flexibility :) She has gotten undeserved criticism in the previous reviews here, because she is indeed a very nice woman :) We had some trouble with the AC, and in the middle of the night they were not interessted in fixing it, but the day after they made an effort. We also forgot some belongings and had to go back there three days after our stay. Whitout us calling or anything they had kept our things and they remembered us straight away. We said goodbye with laughs and hugs. I have no problems with recommending this hotel.
