Worst experience I've ever had.

We booked this place for a week 2 months in advance. The day before check in, the host cancelled on us. Thanks a lot for wrecking our family's vacation. VRBO didn't do anything to help compensate either.

Wonderful Stay with our son and his wife

We had a wonderful time visiting with our family and hiking in Banff. The condo was a perfect place to stay. I especially enjoyed our view of the three sisters mountain out our bedroom window. However, please note that the ensuite shower/tub drain was clogged and the toilet "buttons" were loose. Also the main bathroom toilet was constantly running. Other than that - it was wonderful!!

Wonderful introduction to the Canadian Rockies!!!

The property was easy to find, well stocked with sundries, and the best of both worlds. We had the space of the VRBO and if needed, help of a someone close by and a front desk. Definitely made our stay so easy. There was a small issue where hot water wasn't being pumped up to a few units for less than 48 hours. Our concern was promptly addressed, and we were kept updated on any changes. It's a great property with responsive hosts.

Hi, I just want to mention that while there is no issue with the interior of the appt, I need to mention that it is very unfortunate that the balcony is located right above the kitchen evacuation fan in the building in front. It sends out a disgusting smell of fried food and makes a lot of noise. It is frustrating not to be able to go or sit outside without being disgusted by the smell...even opening the door for fresh aire is not possible as the smell penetrates the appt. Never using this appt again!

Very happy

We were very happy with the condo. It was overall clean and well furnished. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The balconly is near the pool building so you do get the constant sound of the filters, but it didn't bother us. Parking is very tight in the parking garage, but we managed and there we saw several very large vehicles that managed also. The pool and hot tub are nice. The location is excellent. It's only about a five minute drive into downtown Canmore. Downtown Canmore is basically a smaller version of Banff. There were a lot of the same type shops and restraunts, but without the crowds. I preferred Canmore over Banff. There is access to paved trails behind the resort, that my son and I ran on. I think they might also connect to some hiking trails, but we didn't explore that far. As mentioned in another review, there are some places that the paint could be touched up and also the tables, but the condition was overall good, and consistent with other rentals. I wouldn't have noticed the marks on the walls if it wasn't pointed out to me. The beds were very compfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding. I'm a cold sleeper and added a second down quilt to my side of the bed. We were very happy with our decision to stay there and were sad to leave.

The property was nice. It was as advertised and in a nice location. It was a little beat up though with some dents on the wall and stains on the carpet. Nothing major, just cosmetic.
