Our favourite place to stay in Bali! Some areas are still under renovation, but you can’t see / hear in your room:) Great food/shopping/beauty options nearby. Love their app too, makes requesting for things / ordering room service so convenient. Highly recommend, can’t wait to be back again!!

First time visiting Caangu area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had an array of lovely eateries within minutes and shops for some retail therapy in very easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful & friendly and I even got a room upgrade to a premium king suite which was a bonus! Beautiful rooms & given my room faced the road, I slept uninterrupted and didn’t hear any traffic noise! I also managed to see the sunrise in the morning too which I didn’t know if I’d see but as I drew the curtains, there it was!

The property was new however for the price it was really not up to my expectations. The toilet and lifts had a weird smell. The room is next to construction and it was noisy. The entrance of the hotel is via a restaurant and it felt quite basic. Having stayed in other properties in Bali, I have paid similar prices for more comfortable accommodation.

Overall the room is very huge and comfortable and it was amazing we loved it but we heard people noise while they get out from the vault night club Also the some of the staff helped us when we got a bali belly and call a doctor as soon as possible they was very helpful But we don’t like some staff behavior when we called several times to take tests samples for the doctor and they didn’t show up we delivered it and the nurse was waiting Also I had a suggestion for the hotel to improve their din in restaurant because it’s limited ( Mexican food ) and we don’t eat pork

My stay at the Komu was exceptional! The service was very polite, accommodating, and nothing short of excellent. The space itself was minimal yet functional and gorgeous! The amenities, including the private pool was the highlight. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the Canggu area!

The staff is really friendly and amazing. Ambience is great. The room is beautiful, spacious and had great amenities - toiletries, water, coffee, hairdryer, robes which I did really appreciate. The room itself could have been cleaned better. Found a set of false eyelashes by the bathtub and it was still very dusty under the bed. There were also a lot of ants that kept migrating into my belongings despite me not having food in the room. Also, there is construction nearby so be prepared for that noise. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location were you have access to many restaurants and stores.

The Komi management surprised me by upgrading my room to a plunge pool studio suite!! It was huge! Even has an induction stove! Bed was comfy but I guess I still like watching free to watch tv channels rather than YouTube and Netflix. A concern for this suite is the toilet and shower as it’s raised platform, it may challenging for older folks, young children and even for adults who had to wake up in the middle of the night to use the toilet or even after a shower. Thank you for the late check out and Thank you for your hospitality!

Staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room was very new and the interior was well designed. The western and Japenese restaurant are under construction, so do expect a bit of noise and dust during day time. Hope the staff will remember to water the indoor plant. The plant in the room was dehydrated and it seems like no one has water it for a very long time. We water the plant and clean the leaves, the plant looked revived.
