I went down for breakfast and the hostess informed me that breakfast was not included. I said “I’m aware but can I still eat here.” She informed me that I would have to pay and I said “I have money and plan to pay for it.” Her tone and words were perceived as though I didn’t have the money to pay because I didn’t pre purchase the breakfast ahead of time. I didn’t return to the restaurant. Check in, check out, in room service were excellent.

ive stayed at many amazing hotels but never have I been treated so well. the staff were kind, attentive and just lovely people. they cared so much about making this stay perfect. from the moment i arrived and went down for some lunch, the extra bits of service along the way made me feel so special. when ordering lunch, they brought out a selection of delicious bread and toppings to snack on while waiting for the main meal. they let me know promptly when my room was ready and even brought the key down to me at the restaurant so i didnt have to return to the main lobby. just little touches like this all along the way that genuinely made it feel special. i would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu by IHG was a pleasant one. The staff aimed to please. Special shout out to the staff on the dining room, Elga who served us at dinner and Hanny who took care of me at breakfast. The property is beautifully designed and our stay was very pleasant. The property is well located within 400 metres of the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars & when you walk into the Holiday Inn, it is a relaxing garden oasis. The infinity pool is divine & the team members always have a smile on their faces. Had a minor scare when my wife thought she’d lost her gold earring. The reception team & engineering were quick to respond & the earring was retrieved. Thank you.
