Die Lage war eigentlich sehr gut, jedoch waren leider viele Baustellen Schlecht war das die Regel das man am Pool nicht rauchen darf nicht eingehalten wurde und das Personal nichts dagegen gemacht hat. Bei dem anderen Pool wurde immer morgens gestrichen und die Farbe hat sehr gestunken- dad hätte man auch zu einem anderen zeitintensiv machen können

An easy accommodation in general but..

Hotel was in good condition, and staff are kind as well. But it was a bit dirty because it didn't clean properly. I stayed for 2 nights and I think it's uncomfortable to ring the bell on the second morning. The staff asked me if I need to clean the room and we got up because of ring the bell. Also, when I booked the room a month ago, I requested a high floor room, but I got a ground floor room and finally I got a new room. It's been two hours since I checked in.. Lastly, every morning from 8 a.m., I heard construction next to the hotel or inside hotel, so it was noisy..

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, very close to the beach. There’s a laundry facility but no working dryer and no notice about it. I wasted two hours before finding out. Would be helpful if the hotel added a sign. Staff were quick to send a rack and hangers to the room and the balcony worked well for drying clothes in time. Also, be wary of mosquitoes make sure the sliding door is properly closed.

The disappointing lack of hot water in my room was vastly overshadowed by how amazing the staff of this hotel are. They were kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Their customer service alone makes me wish to stay again if I am ever to return to Canggu. On top of that, it is only a 4 minute walk to the beach, and a ~10-15 minute walk to the major beach clubs. The hotel itself is very pretty and well taken care of.

Fantastic Stay in Berawa, Bali We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Berawa. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly professional and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered complimentary tea and coffee on arrival—a lovely touch. Our initial room was located on level 5 at the back of the hotel, but due to nearby construction noise, we requested a change. The staff handled this promptly and moved us to a room on the second floor in the middle section of the hotel. We really appreciated how accommodating they were. The hotel itself is spotless—our room was immaculately clean and well-maintained. A standout feature is the fresh water stations available on each floor, along with fresh, refillable water bottles provided daily. It’s a great sustainable touch. Another bonus is the location: directly opposite the hotel is a free shuttle bus that takes you around the town centre, making it super easy to get around. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I had a great stay here! I’m a solo female traveler and felt safe. There is constructions going on tho around the hotel but it didn’t really affect my stay. The views from the pool on the upper deck was nice. The restaurant food here was alright.

Excellwnt stay, very modern with x2 pools available and plemty of space. Didnt have breakfast but many options within walking distance. Some construction near by disrupts the roof pool, but cant be heard in room. Would stay again for amazing closeness to Finns

The property was great. Staying in the back building facing club Atlas was crazily loud up until at least midnight every night. My daughter had trouble falling asleep. Without family would be fine though.
