Central heating with hot water and heating in the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. linens are available, bath, blankets, pillows; Babies: cot, bath, feeding chair and stair / door guard. 1 suite accommodates a double bed; Suite 2 accommodates a double bed and a single bed; 3 suite accommodates a double bed and two single beds, three mattresses loose you can have where better to prefer. Os destaques da casa são o conforto, a diversidade e qualidade dos equipamentos e utensílios à disposição dos hóspedes e a disponibilidade e simpatia da Denise (proprietária) e da Graciela (administradora).. As camas, os travesseiros e o chuveiros são ótimos. Os utensílios de cozinha são bem completos e de qualidade (não sentimos falta de nada).Toda a família adorou. Voltaríamos com certeza. Um ponto de atenção é o fato de que todos os quartos ficam nos primeiro e segundo andares, informação importante para quem vai com idosos ou com crianças menores. Não há ar condicionado em um dos três quartos, o que foi desconfortável nesse período de muito calor na cidade. E aí internet tem baixa velocidade e “cai” com certa frequência. Denise, muito obrigada por sua hospitalidade. A nossa família adorou a estada.

O alugue temporada precisa colocar mais estrelas para avaliar este tipo de imovel.

Classificar esta locação como 5 estrelas é pouco, precisa de 10 estrelas. Minha família ficou hospedada no período de 04 a 10 de janeiro de 2018, ficamos em 3 casais totalizando 6 adultos e 4 crianças e a casa nos acomodou com perfeição, nas fotos a casa é muito boa, mas acreditem, é bem melhor pessoalmente, tudo na casa é novo e de excelente qualidade, o que mais me impressionou foi o cuidado com os detalhes, tudo é pensado para proporcionar a melhor hospedagem, como exemplo tinha carregador de celular para diversos aparelhos, no quarto tinha uma caixinha de primeiros socorros, com itens como termômetro, antitérmico, antisséptico e etc, na cozinha tem todos os utensílios que se possa imaginar, você tem a sensação de que tudo foi minuciosamente pensado para agradar e de fato me agradou muito, a localização também é ótima. A Denise usa o slogan " SUA CASA EM CANELA" e é perfeito, pois foi assim que nos sentimos lá, EM CASA. Denise, muito obrigado por toda a atenção e suporte que vc e sua equipe nos proporcionou, desde o aluguel, a chegada no imóvel e saída, tudo perfeito. Quando voltar a Canela nem vou pesquisar outro imóvel, pois já tenho minha casa em Canela, rsrs Parabéns e sucesso.
