Looking Glass Cabin | Engadine Inn & Cabins

The Looking Glass Cabin is a cozy one-bedroom retreat on our 12-acre property at the historic Engadine Inn and Cabins, just 15 minutes west of downtown Asheville. It takes its name from Looking Glass Rock in the nearby Pisgah National Forest, and it is our closest cabin to that kind of country: step off the porch and you are minutes from on-site trails that run down to Hominy Creek and up into the Pisgah system.

-Sleeping: Queen bed in the bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room
-Bathroom: Full private bathroom
-Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need
-Living Space: Comfortable living area with a fireplace for cool mountain evenings
-Outdoor Space: Porch and direct access to the surrounding grounds

The land has history: it was once part of a vineyard that supplied wine throughout the East Coast. Today guests have the run of all 12 private acres, wrapped in mountain views, with the historic 1885 inn just up the hill.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. The cabin also includes a fireplace. Change of towels is available on request.
