It was a convenient location. Close to both Sylvan Beach and Verona Beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I recommend Flo's Dinner for breakfast. Can't beat the 10-cent coffee. I needed to contact the host once for a question and he picked up immediately. I will be back next year.

Thanks Trevor!! We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, quaint, cozy, and comfortable, and the beautiful sunsets over the lake were definitely a highlight!A few minor things to note: the kayaks could use some upkeep, as they had standing water in them and we couldn’t locate life jackets. Also - I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and did notice a lingering odor, particularly from the couch. Your advertised “beach access” could also be more clearly identified when at the lake front—we had to match the VRBO photos to figure out which lakefront area belonged to the your property. Plus, one other (little) thing, was a little farther from Syracuse University than expected, with limited food options nearby, so future visitors, bring food or go toLake House or BBQ place...especially on a Monday or Tuesday.Overall, it was a great little cottage and a peaceful, enjoyable stay—the sunsets were definitely worth it, and so peaceful.

Absolute gem! We loved our stay - family of 4 (2 adult kids). Extremely CLEAN, functional and very well equipped with everything you can think of. Location is gorgeous, peaceful and beautiful. We will stay again next year. Highly recommended for longer stays too. Book it before it’s gone!
