High expectations - disappointing stay

We are 6 friends (3 couples) travelling for 1 week through North-West Turkey. Out tour ended in Assos and we were encouraged by the pictures, and especially the high ranking of 9,4...... The hotel apparently reopened after a wintersleep - for the price we paid we expected the rooms to be spotless clean, but.... a used cup was just turned upside down without cleaning... - the sink in the bathroom was loose, so used water splashed on the floor.... - I need to sleep with an apneu-machine yhay works on electricity. The plug next to my bed was not connected to the electricity... a second one, behind the coach worked BUT as soon as I switched of the light, the plug was switched of too!!! - this electricity problem also appeared in my friends room. We checked comments on the internet and.... this seems also to have been a problem last year! Did they really do nothing in wintertime???? - I asked (with my son) for a visit to the wine cellar - they called their "maitre sommelier" and he took us to their "mahzen". The information that we have got was: showing a bottle - red, white or rose - the region and the grapes used for this wine.... I learned reading when I was 6/7 years old.... I don't need a sommelier to read the information given on the bottle. - asking for prices of the wine: i was told between 300 and 850 TL for a bottle.... amazing information - I asked if I could drink a glass of wine and if I could see the wine list! He promised to bring it - still waiting

Her şeyi geceden hazırlamış olmalılar.

Temizlik, hizmet, yeme-içme her şey memnun ediciydi.
