A good place to stay if you're in this area.

I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio. The hotel itself is not really a "resort" as of yet. It doesn't have a pool and the rooms aren't equipped with televisions (they're available upon request, and they were nice enough to order a cable channel for me, since there is otherwise no cable). They say they are planning to install a pool as they're only a few years old and haven't finished everything yet. They tend to draw a mostly older crowd, but everyone seemed jovial. I booked a deluxe room and it was a good size (2 rooms, 2 bathrooms), A/C and fan.
