Charmant Suites – A Boutique Hotel is very well located, just a few minutes’ walk from the Night Market, the Ninh Kiều River, and many highly rated restaurants. The property feels newly built (or at least impeccably maintained), and everything is clean and well cared for. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and offered beautiful views of both the city and the Ninh Kiều River. The buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with attentive and professional service. The staff truly stood out—everyone from reception and housekeeping to the bell staff and doormen was professional, friendly, and genuinely engaging. There are two areas that could be improved. First, the check-in process could be faster, as the wait was longer than expected. Second, the air-conditioning should be thoroughly checked before guests arrive; one of our AC units did not work for the first night and was only repaired the following day. Aside from these minor issues, our stay would have been perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location and newly built, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. However, there was an issue with the extra bed’s headboard—it was flimsy and collapsed with minimal contact. Initially, the hotel requested payment for the damage, which was quite frustrating. Fortunately, after further investigation, they apologized and offered a fruit basket as compensation—a thoughtful gesture. The serving staff were professional and attentive, contributing positively to the experience. That said, the breakfast buffet was underwhelming and could use more variety. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

We were blown away by th service and the standard of organisation. Big room and they went above and beyond to cater for my wife's birthday. DO NOT THINK TWICE. This is the place to stay in Can Tho.
