The views capture you from many parts of the property; the kitchen, the pool, the gazebo, and several other parts.The owners were very responsive for each and every need.We set out to create a memorable vacation for our large family and this did not disappoint. Paradise in Puerto Rico

To say this stay was relaxing and the owners thought of everything doesn't do this justice. From the home being well laid out with technology and internet to the beautiful views, outdoor areas, and swimming pool and bar. Wonderful 2 weeks!

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. There were 7 adult family members and there was plenty of room in the house.The pictures were very accurate - the house is beautiful.The hosts Michael and Ester were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had both during the booking and while we were staying there. Paradise

My entire family stayed for a week. Myself and my husband, two sons and their families which consisted of 6 teens up to the age of 18. It was amazing and kept us all entertained with swimming and hot tubing and playing pool and basketball and music and great tv. I cannot complain. Many many area activities. Some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see, and light house, and there is the cave tour. Ski jets and cliff jumping…I could go on forever. We all loved the house. It was like living in a mansion. Plenty of spaces for privacy and sleeping and a table big enough to accomodate meals for my family. All new appliances and furniture and ok I will stop!! You wanna visit Puerto Rico? Stay a night in old San Juan and then get yourselves to this mansion on the hill and be amazed!!! The fireworks on New Year’s Eve were breathtaking. You can pretty much see everywhere from up there. Checking in and out? Super easy! Questions? They are back at you within minutes. It’s a must. Affordable and exasperating why think a bout to. Christmas with family

The view is absolutely spectacular. The hosts are so nice. The house has plenty of room to be together or find privacy. The covered patio makes a little bit of rain not a problem. The beds are very comfortable. We had a lovely time.

Best place to stay!

We come to Puerto Rico every year for thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids (3,11,16,19,21,22). I simply cannot truly express how amazing this time was due to the amazing house and hosts. We have a wide range of ages and the house has something for every one. We ended up spending more days just at the house than expected because of the amazing view and amenities. The hosts are beyond amazing!! They responded immediately if we had any questions and made us truly feel at home. We can wait to book this house again.

We enjoyed the house very much. We were four couples with four kids raging in ages from 16 to 8. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table. There was plenty of room for all of us. Great experience

Our stay at Michael and Esther's home was wonderful! The house was beautiful, filled with everything we could possibly want or need. Michael and Esther were the best hosts we could've ever asked for. They recommended the best florists for our wedding and they communicated with the florist to get the perfect flowers ordered. Every time we had a question, they answered us promptly. They are two of the kindest and helpful people we have ever encountered. We will definitely try to stay at their home if we ever go back to Puerto Rico. Thank you for everything, Michael and Esther!

Something for everyone.

My group was 4 couples and a few kids. A few of us are from PR but the majority were 1st time visitors. The house was great, had everything I needed, and everyone was happy. There is so much space to spread out so the kids had their own living room to play in, the adults enjoyed other spaces. The outdoor space is the #1 reason I would return. It has everything I was looking for, a great pool, gorgeous views, a covered dining area, and lots of space to spread out and I loved that the pool is covered by shade every afternoon so we don’t have to worry about the kids being under the sun all day long on pool days. It’s super close to convenience like restaurants, a pharmacy and 18 mins from a super Walmart. So close to many great beaches. And the owner was great to talk to. This was such a great house for us!

Wonderful

Our group of eight, ages 7–78, had a wonderful weeklong stay. The house is spacious, with great views and multiple balconies. The kitchen appliances were all new and worked well. The outdoor space was huge, with multiple levels, patios, seating areas, and two hot tubs. All our meals were taken in the outdoor dining area with a beautiful ocean view. Food shopping was convenient. There are some really nice protected beaches 15–30 minutes away. The hosts were fantastic. They responded to any concern within minutes and any minor problems were quickly taken care of either by them or, or by myself with their instructions. They were definitely the most forthcoming and accommodating host I’ve ever met.

A Lovely Stay

Our family of twelve, ages 2-70 spent a week in this wonderful property. The grounds with pool, the pool slide, hot tub, and inflatable little kid pool were the highlight of the home. This is a nice neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. We felt safe. The homeowner was very fast with responses to our questions. My group would definitely stay here again! The view and sunset are stunning.

Puerto Rico Family Vacation

It was a great property with plenty of space and comfortable space. The property had a great view of the ocean and the local neighborhood. Restaurants near by had delicious food and it was near a Walmart. Would recommend it to any large group.

Amazing!

I booked this property to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends. I am SO happy I did. The house is spectacular, it’s big and bright and has everything you need to feel comfortable and happy. Michael, the host, is extremely responsive and immediately helped with any challenges or questions we had. The area is also great, very safe and on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. I loved being in a smaller Puerto Rican area, away from San Juan. We found a couple of fun spots to hang out at near the beach and the most amazing restaurant I’ve ever been to in Puerto Rico nearby. The beautiful crash boat beach and other beautiful beach locations are a 30-40 minute drive away. If I were ever to host a big group event like this again, I would without question book this home again! Thank you to Michael for everything!

Extended Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for 10 days and loved it. We had 10 family members ranging from 8 years to 70 years and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the pictures online do not do the view of the ocean justice. It is an incredible view. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions we had before and during our trip and were very helpful. This is a perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle. There is a beautiful beach with a natural formed "pool" about 10 minutes away that also has a restaurant/bar. We spent a few afternoons there and I felt my kids were very safe from the waves in that area of the ocean. We loved the nearby cave system and we did some day trips down to Rincon and back to San Juan. We are already talking about returning!

2nd Time! Still A Charm!

This house is amazing. We stayed in April and quickly knew this was the best vacation spot for future trips. The house is amazing and has plenty of room for a big family. The pool is amazing and kept the kids quite busy 😊 Close to everything you need as well as a beach about 15 min away which was perfect for the kids as it is surrounded by reefs. The right stuff

What a wonderful place to stay! Checkin process was very easy. Cleaners were still at the property when we arrived so made it easier to get in. The compound is sprawling and has lots of space inside and out to chill. Highlights: Easily the MOST responsive property manager ever. 7am or 10pm response time is almost immediate Super helpful pre-trip resources (beach options, private chef contact, grocery store location, etc) Fully stocked kitchen including spices, pots, dishes, etc. High quality new appliances including stove, oven and fridge/freezer that had ample space Smart house with individual homepods in most rooms and AC units Access to exterior balconies Large living/family room and a separate sitting room/parlor Games in the house Desk in office Lots and lots and lots of towels (bath and pool/beach) Outdoor dining table under gazebo High quality grill Beautiful pool with toys in garage Two large hammocks Covered pergola on lower level Separate unit with a bedroom for kids with no windows!! AMAZING! Room for improvement: Gate broke (fixed on day 4 of 8) Wifi spotty and inconsistent despite restarting router No drawers to put clothes in lower main bedroom just a hanging rack on wheels Cats and dogs roaming the property - they hop the fence!! They don’t seem dangerous but I didn’t like that. Overall a fantastic place to stay. It’s not perfect, but what is? Also - nothing beats the view from the hammock. Sunset dining was magical.

Perfect vacation spot

If you’re looking for something that truly HAS IT ALL, look no further. This place has everything you could ask for in a home away from home. Every piece was carefully thought out and made for comfort. The bed linens were some of the most comfortable, the pillows were out of this world. Once my head hit the pillow, I was out! The sheets, and comforters - I’m going to have to ask the homeowner where I can buy these for my own bed! The A/C units in every room made for the ideal sleeping environment for each guest. All of the towels were above expectation. Soft, SMELLED SO CLEAN. They truly spared no expense when making sure this was heaven in a vacation stay. If this alone didn’t catch you - the incredible sunset/sunrise views were out of this world. Waking up and looking right out to the ocean gave this island stay exactly what we came here for. The pool, slide and outdoor grill/tables made for great evenings just hanging out. A traeger and a grill to cook. A kitchen inside with all the necessary spices for making basic meals. The best internet I’ve personally ever had in a rental property. Huge yard to run around in, two gates to insure privacy. Multi layer back deck, and gazebo as well! Basically all of these words to say; if you don’t stay here, you’re selling yourself short.

Beautiful House!

This house is was amazing! Had everything we needed and more! The pool and ocean view definitely 10 stars! The owner was great and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything! House is extremely clean too and very spacious. Balcony views on every corner of the house! We watched the sun rise and set our entire stay! This is a must rent for vacation and we will be back! Thank you ☺️
