Overall, our experience was great. Staff were really polite and friendly, the outdoor space is fantastic with lots of activities. Our dog loved being able to explore and make friends, and we really enjoyed the hiking around the property. The room was huge, but needs renovation. It rained a lot one of the mornings we were there, and water was pouring through the roof. Some of the flooring was broken and the overall room could use some improvements. This, however, didn't impact our experience, and I would definitely come back.

O refúgio é gigante e meio longe do centro comercial, aí tem um espaço de um restaurante mas que abre apenas no café da manhã. Para almoço e jantar resta ter que sair do local para se alimentar e isso não faz muito sentido para quem procura um refúgio. Aí tem espaço para cachorro ir na piscina, o cachorro se molha, tem que secar pra sair, volta e se molha de novo e novamente tem que secar ao final do dia.

Não levei animais. Acredito que o quarto que fiquei precisa ser reparado no tocante ao banheiro: vaso solto, rejunte dos azulejos precisa melhorar, ou seja dar uma geral no banheiro. Apesar de vários cachorros você não ouve latidos. O café da manhâ é bom, faltando opções veganas.

Otimo estadia como sempre.atendimento top! Cafe da manha melhorou bastante que nao tinha pratos quentes antes como ovos mexidos. Falta agora pao de queijo que sao itens basicas. Taxa pet por dia e por pet continua nao fazendo sentindo por nao ter nenhum beneficio em troca que na teoria ja deveria está dentro da diaria. Quem fica hospedado com varios pet e periodo longo, a conta fica bem pesada.

Segunda vez que me hospedo no Surya Pan, e na primeira vez já tive alguns problemas, mas insisti e retornei e desta vez posso dizer que foi a ultima. Uma pena pois o lugar em si é muito lindo mas falta manutenção, fiquei meia hora embrulhada numa toalha esperando a agua do chuveiro esquentar e acabei indo dormir sem banho. Imagina um lugar frio como Campos não ter agua quente para o banho. Tive problemas com a reserva feita diretamente com eles, uma longa história. Pra finalizar a fechadura da minha suite quebrou e ficamos 2 horas pra fora do quarto esperando um chaveiro que veio de Taubaté para resolver o problema. Tenho pena dos funcionários que tem que enfrentar o descaso do proprietário com o hotel. Realmente é pet friendly, mas os tutores que se lixem. O lay out das suites são diferentes então quando compra uma estadia, o que vai encontrar realmente é uma surpresa, e os piores quartos são reservados para as agencias de reservas. E os melhores colocados nas fotos dos sites. Enfim uma pena.

Divertido e Confortável

Otima opção de hospedagem com a família e principalmente com o pet. Todas as acomodações aceitam pet, as áreas comuns também. Até mesmo dentro do restaurante do café da manhã, porém neste local, o pet deve estar na coleira para evitar confusões. Em todas as outras áreas os pets ficam livres para brincar. O hotel oferece atividades como trilhas e outras coisas também.

Estadia abaixo das expectativas. Quaisquer solicitações demoram mais de 2hrs para serem atendidas (gestão caótica e ineficiente), chuveiros com problemas de aquecimento (super gelado ou super quente), privada com funcionamento medíocre. Instalações localizadas dentro da mata. Imersão na natureza. Totalmente pet friendly. Trilha guiada, incluindo os cachorros. Porém, os quartos deixam muito a desejar. Na suíte que usamos o misturador do chuveiro não funcionava. Água escaldante ou gelada. Pia minúscula e com altura muito baixa. Quarto enorme, mas o interruptor da luz só existe ao lado da porta, atrás de uma cortina. Sistema de exaustão da lareira não funciona bem. Acendemos e quarto ficou com muita fumaça. Além disso, a madeira de cortesia é mínima. Se precisar repor, tem que pagar à parte. O hotel tem instalações excelentes, mas os quartos precisam urgente de manutenção preventiva.

Super pet friendly

Hospedagem foi incrível. É de fato um hotel para quem tem e gosta de animais, tem muito espaço verde pra eles correrem e uma piscina só para os pets. Fica um pouco afastado do centro, uns 10 min de carro, mas é tranquilo de ir e vir a qualquer hora. Os funcionários são mto educados, gostei bastante. O único ponto a deixar é sobre a limpeza, como mtos já reclamaram, tem pelos em alguns locais do quarto, mas como já disse, é um hotel para qm gosta de animais. Não nos incomodou, mas eles existem... mas de um modo geral isso é mínimo perto do silêncio e do verde q tem em volta do lugar, vale a pena e com certeza voltaremos!!!
