By the tropical forest

Beautiful location, great breakfast, roomy cabin , nice service. The cabin was the only 3 bdr available ; it had a few issues in process of being fixed after a storm but, the office offered us the option of moving to two 2 bdrm cabins . Nice stay overall , I will go there again.

O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, a pousada em si é boa, pois se trata de um complexo de unidades, porém tivemos um caso chato onde verificamos após voltar pro quarto por um momento, verificamos que tinha uma goteira, imediatamente comunicamos a recepção e a única solução foram deixar um pano para que eu mesmo pudesse enxugar, questionei sobre uma possível goteira em outro local ou uma nova chuva, a única resposta que tive foi que não havia previsão de chuva. Honestamente não vi uma tentativa de solução do problema. Algo que me deixou decepcionado pelo atendimento que tive desde o início, sinceramente quando vi o problema fiquei tranquilo, pois estava certo que iriam solucionar o problema de forma rápida e satisfatória. Agora o café da manhã é algo surreal, tenho bastante experiências em café de manhã em hotéis e pousadas que são muito mais caro a estadia e não chega aos pés desse!!!

Excelente estadia e ambiente

Excelente local, são 3 hotéis conectados, equipe muito atenciosa, um café da manhã incrível e que tem até uma chef preparando algo que não esteja no buffet. Boa localização, uns 10, 15 minutos do Centro de Capivari, só senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Mas a estadia foi perfeita

Péssimas condições

Chalé premium sem o mínimo conforto, acessibilidade e segurança. Banheiro da suíte com cheiro ruim, vaso sanitário vazando e esquadrias do nicho do chuveiro energizadas (choque ao tomar banho). Outro banheiro com água fria, forçando familiares a tomarem banho gelado no frio de Campos do Jordão em pleno inverno. Instalações elétricas do chalé em péssimas condições, com fios e tomadas aparentes, com risco iminente de acidente. Toalhas em péssimas condições e sujas, mesmo após solicitação de troca. Bucha, pano de prato e apetrechos de cozinha em péssimas condições, Escada de acesso ao chalé com degrau quebrado. Quadro de energia elétrica do chalé dentro do banheiro. Enfim, muito ruim. Atendimento péssimo logo ao chegar. Depois da reclamação, ofereceram 2 quartos para 4 pessoas (estávamos em 5), com acréscimo de R$ 2.400,00) ou cancelamento da reserva de 3 diárias de férias às 17:23 h. Ou seja, mínimo de consideração com o cliente. Sugiro que as instalações do chalé premium sejam interditadas, pois não oferecem o mínimo de segurança e destoam do restante do hotel (conjunto de 3 pousadas).

Tudo maravilhoso Atendimento do Wagner foi excelente, super gentil e pronto pra ajudar em qualquer situação!! O atendimento dele realmente é um diferencial!! Amei ! Mas todos os colaboradores do hotel possuem um atendimento para encantar todos os hospedes, nos pequenos detalhes eles fazem toda a diferença! Incrível! A melhor pousada que ja hospedamos! Ideal para viagem em familia, casal! Nao indico para idosos e pessoas com problemas de acessibilidade pois o acesso ao restaurante é dificultoso, mas para a minha familia estava tudo ok! Conforto, ótimo café da manhã e vista incrível

A pousada é ótima e muito confortável. Café da manhã incrível, com pão na chapa feito na hora, cestinha de queijo com ovo mexido, focaccia, pães e bolos deliciosos. A suíte elegance é espaçosa, bem decorada, com climatização boa e hidromassagem. Chuveiro forte com água quente, inclusive na pia e ducha higiênica — ótimo pra região fria. O restaurante Vivaah é um diferencial, com boas opções de pratos, pizzas e cerveja artesanal da casa. Atendimento atencioso e água potável na recepção. Como ponto de atenção: o estacionamento é pequeno e inclinado, e a entrada ainda é por estrada de terra (mas mesmo com chuva, foi tranquilo). Faltam ganchos no quarto pra pendurar roupas. Vale muito a pena pela tranquilidade, conforto e vista linda da mata de araucárias.
