Welcoming place.

Service is fantastic. The heating system was not working properly, which is bad for a (very) cold night as it was, they provided several blankets though, which were more than enough. Food is good - from the hotel. Just a pizza place they recommended took two hours to deliver it at the hotel, but not their fault at all. Overall, a good place to stay.

Pelo valor pago em alta temporada, achei custo benefício alto. Hotel muito simples, as Fotos divulgadas do quarto com vista para montanha (que não é bem isso ) pois o hotel fica em uma área residencial de periferia, não condiz com a realidade. Hotel antigo, mal conservado, banheiro sem ventilação (cheira humidade). Pedi uma roupa de cama extra e veio sem embalagem de higienização (parecia algo caseiro) sem nenhum cuidado de lavanderia. Café da manhã, simples, nada em especial. Não voltaria e pelo preço pago foi caríssimo.. fomos embora antes do horário do check out, devido a experiência ruim.

Não recomendo!

Infelizmente não foi muito boa minha estadia, ficamos no segundo andar e o restaurante é no terceiro andar, simplesmente as 6h já éramos acordados com barulho de liquidificador, cadeira arrastando, carrinho de um lado para o outro, uma barulheira infernal que não tinha mais como dormir. Além disso a acústica geral do quarto é péssima, pois tudo que falam no quarto do lado é possível ouvir, tudo mesmo!!! As fotos não condizem exatamente como está a situação atual do hotel, os moveis do banheiro estavam todos estufados e mal conservados, no box tinha vazamento que molhava todo o tapete de saída do banho. Pelo menos a água era bem quente!

Hotel razoável. Atendimento ótimo, sendo que todos foram muito educados e prestativos. Quarto ruim, com colchão velho e travesseiros péssimos, com cheiro de mofo. Chuveiro que demora muito pra chegar água quente. Não possui serviço de quarto para comida. Bebidas só doses, pois o bar estava "desativado".

PESSIMO

Banheiro bem diferente das fotos, espelho manchado, nao havia box de vidro e sim cortina. E o pior foi que ficamos sem aquecedor. Ligamos 4 vezes na recepcao, e cada ligacao falavam um horario diferente oara ligar o aquecedor geral do hotel. Enfim, so passamos frio! Alem disso, diz que tem estacionamento gratis, porem sao para poucos carros. O unico jeito era deixar a chave na recepcao para eles ficarem tirando o carro. Pessimo
