Good stay.

That was good, very clean rooms, they placed me on the top floor as requested, very good shower, the AC works well, but the number of channels available is poor, on that night there were not more than 6 or 8 working, one more thing, you pass through two tolls to get there and they reimburse only one, in my case, there were 4 but one reimbursement and the black coffee at breakfast was not that hot, overall, a good hotel.

Se alugar carro fica mais caro

O hotel é bem confortável, o atendimentos é bom e o café da manhã é muito bom, mas a roubada é caso você alugue um carro na aeroporto de Viracopos terá que pagar dois pedágios (na verdade é o mesmo pedágio, só que o retorno fica logo após a praça do pedágio), ou seja, terá que desembolsar R$ 27,60 (13,80 cada passagem). Ao chegar ao hotel tem uma faixa informando que o hotel paga seu pedágio, mas ao chegar na recepção você é informado que tal reembolso só é para reserva feita pelo site do hotel (Accor.com). Assim, quem fizer reserva pelo Hoteis.com não tem direito ao reembolso.

Hotel tem um dificultador, para chegar ao mesmo do aeroporto de viracopos tem que pagar dois pedágios. Pegar um transporte de aplicativo no hotel é muito difícil devido a este problema do pedágio. PEDÁGIO É UM GRANDE COMPKLICADOR PARA ESTE HOTEL. O hotel até faz reembolso para motoristas porém tem regras para tal. Pense bem antes de reservar.

Hotel com recepcionista incapacitada. Tem um pedagio horrível de caro na frente do hotel, eles se disponibilizam a reembolsar o dinheiro do pedagio mas só se a reserva for feita no próprio Ibis, achei péssimo a moça que me atendeu nem alguma alternativa deu mal olhou na minha cara.

O pgto do pedágio ida e volta de R$ 13,80 cada pra chegar ao hotel torna a hospedagem mais salgada (o reembolso ñ acontece para todos) ñ tem nada por perto e se torna inviável sair e voltar pro hotel por conta do pedágio absurdo. O sofá cama ñ poderia ser considerado opção para dormir (é péssimo).
