Café da manhã muito bom , porém teve alguns péssimos acontecimentos durante minha estadia, no segundo dia faltou água no apartamento , no outro dia o alarme de incêndio ficou disparando e assustando a todos e por último acordei no meio da noite com muito barulho no teto de água, eu estava no último andar o décimo e a caixa d'agua transbordou e começou a entrar água no quarto pela luminária como uma cachoeira , em instantes o quarto encheu de água, tive que sair no meio da noite para outro quarto bem menor que o que paguei com minha filha deficiente no colo , ela acabou acordando assustada e demorou a dormir novamente, e depois disso tudo eu ainda só ouvi um desculpe pelo acontecido da menina da recepção , ninguém veio falar comigo , o gerente não veio se desculpar e essa foi minha péssima experiência infelizmente, pois estava gostando muito dos funcionários , da acomodação e principalmente do café da manhã

O estacionamento fica do outro lado da rua, o portão automático nao tem sensor de aproximação, as pessoas e os carros saem por esse mesmo portao de estacionamento. Aguardamos uma familia passar e qdo estavamos entrando com o carro o portao se fechou qdo meu carro estava passando, meu carro foi arranhado pot conta disso. Localização em bairro comercial, quando anoitece e as lojas fecham, os arredores fica deserto e bem perigoso.

Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. A equipe da cozinha e recepção são de 1º qualidade. O que deixou a desejar foi a questão da administração do hotel. Parece que eles não tinham se preparado para receber a quantidade de pessoas que receberam no carnaval. Só tinha um elevador funcionando dos dois disponíveis, e limitaram a 4 pessoas, mais de 250 pessoas hospedadas (pelo que relataram) a espera era tão grande que eu preferia subir e descer ao 8º andar pelas escadas, chegou a faltar água no chuveiro, falta de talheres e xícaras na hora do café da manhã também. Muita gente reclamou. A questão foi essa! Que numa próxima data festiva eles possam se preparar melhor para receber a quantidade de pessoas.
