    Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
    Absolutely terrible experience. The location is high up on a hill and extremely difficult to reach. The place was dirty, with rubbish everywhere, and it did not feel like a proper room at all — more like an abandoned, neglected shack. There was such a strong smell of damp and mold that it was impossible to stay inside. The man who came to hand over the keys was unkempt and smelled strongly of alcohol, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Despite providing photos proving the condition of the place and explaining that it was completely unsuitable for staying, we were unable to get a refund. We also had to pay an excessive amount at the last minute to find another place. It was an absolute nightmare. We strongly advise against renting this place. The fact that there are not even proper photos of the rooms on the listing should already be a warning sign.
