O chuveiro era muito ruim, ou muito quente ou muito frio. Meu primeiro banho foi terrível. Meu marido foi chamar a pessoa da recepção para resolveu e ele disse: “ Fico aqui somente a noite e não tenho como resolver”. Eu me troquei e fui falar com ele e com a maior cara feia ele foi até o quarto e ficou um tempão lá tentando resolver… por fim, disse que diminuiu a temperatura do aquecedor. Deu uma melhorada, mas ainda assim não foi um banho prazeroso. Eu prezo muito por um bom banho, ainda mais em um lugar como Monte Verde que é um lugar onde a noite faz frio e é gostoso curtir o hotel. A cama era boa e a hidro tbm, café da manhã uma delícia, apenas o chuveiro e a má vontade do atendente noturno que deixaram muito a desejar e estragaram a minha experiência.
