Muita tranquilidade

Nossa experiência nesse hotel foi muito bacana. O pessoal é muito atencioso, café da manhã muito bom. Percebe-se que é um hotel antigo, mas tudo funciona perfeitamente. Chuveiro a gás, bem quentinho e uma lareira legal.

Custo beneficio bom

Pelo custo beneficio , classifico de Bom Tudo muito limpo,roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, café da manhã otimo,localizacao do chalé ótima ,atendimento excelente. Porém o colchão era bem duro , TV 14 polegadas não pegava, chuveiro ruim , piscina ( eu não usaria) estava suja. Qto a decoração precisa de reforma e valeria a pena pois a vista é deslumbrante

Confortável e agradável

O chalé é agradável e confortável. Quando chegamos, estava tudo muito limpo e arrumado. O café da manhã é muito bem feito. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados pelos funcionários do hotel. O local fica a 9km do centro de Monte Verde, onde fica a maioria dos atrativos da região, então o ideal é que se vá de carro - nós sabíamos da distância e planejávamos fazer esse percurso a pé, mas a estrada é muito sinuosa, sem espaço para pedestres e totalmente sem iluminação à noite. Tivemos de trafegar com serviços externos de taxi, que não são baratos. Sentimos um pouco de falta de sinal de celular, o que fez com que dependêssemos de frequentemente ter de contatar a recepção para saber informações de transporte, algo que não é informado pela internet. Aconselho a irem para o Green Mountain se tiverem transporte próprio, pois, fora esse detalhe da distância, é um lugar muito agradável.

Ficamos no "Chalé Standard", chalé simples mas bem aconchegante. Funcionários muito atenciosos e uma boa localização, a apenas alguns minutos do Centro de Monte Verde. Café da manhã maravilhoso, omeletes feitos conforme nosso gosto, pães de queijo quentinhos...e a visita até o LAGO que fica nos arredores da propriedade vale muito a pena...

Excelente atendimento, funcionários atenciosos. O chalé que ficamos é o standart, super organizado, bem equipado e muito limpo. Só não conseguimos fazer esquentar a água do chuveiro de jeito nenhum, e banho gelado no frio foi complicado. Meu namorado não quis incomodar a recepção por causa do horário, mas tenho certeza que se tivéssemos chamado na recepção teriam arrumado para nós. Voltaria com certeza! Café da manhã maravilhoso e uma linda vista das montanhas.. Sensacional!

Acima das expectativas.

A estadia na pousada foi ótima. O lugar eh lindo, os funcionários e os donos nos recebem de forma tão agradável, que nos da a sensação de estarmos em família. A noite, tivemos a oportunidade de observar as estrelas e outros planetas, através de um observatório do sr. Paulo... Emocionante! O café da manha da Giovanna eh uma delicia, com uma variedade de paes, frutas, sucos e doces, alem de um cardapio especial com delicias feitas na hora, a escolha do cliente... Volto e recomendo!

Serviço nota 10. Gastronomia do hotel muito boa, com ressalva de preço. Infelizmente em nossa estadia, não dispusemos de wifi nem tv. Chuveiro precisa de reparo.

Boa para descanso

Ela foi ótima, OS funcinários extremamente gentis mas o hotel não tem boa alimentação e a parte de comunicação estava péssima pois o Wi-fi não funcionava e o telefone também.É muio bom para quem quer se desligar do mundo.
