With recent furniture and complete household equipment, this house welcomes you with family or friends. Teenagers love this superb place which is close to all their leisure activities, the city and especially the sea a few meters away.

You will spend an unforgettable stay in a wild and protected nature.
ROCK festival from June 30 to July 8, 2017. to get to the festival everything is done on foot. (10mn) and then you find calm in the villa
The owners receive you themselves and are present all the time of your stay in the neighboring house.

Lovely place close to the Mediterranean Sea.

Clean apartment with kitchen and a barbecue. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms. We traveled two families together (9 people, five children 8-12 years old) and the place was perfect for us. It was a quiet area. A shadowy terrace were we could dine, the beautiful view of the sea, 10 minutes walk from Calvi...I recommend the place and would stay there again if I go back to Calvi. The owners speak only French, and are really nice and friendly.

Appartement/ maison très bien situé(e) avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. À flan des rochers. Attention la propriétaire est très spéciale. Elle vous demandera de lui payer l’eau et l’électricité. Chose que nous n’avons pas faite car location réglée en totalité à Abritel. Elle vous fera du chantage sur la connexion wifi qu’il n’y a en fait pas du tout. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce à ce sujet. Pas de connexion 4G et 5G non plus à l’intérieur du logement. Pas de tapis de douche, pas de torchons, pas de produits d’entretien, pas de manique non plus pour l’utilisation du four et pas de couverture si vous n’insistez pas auprès de la propriétaire qui vit juste au dessus et surveille vos faits et gestes.

Maison/Appartement tres bien située sur les rochers de Clavi en face du Phare de la Revelata. Merveilleux couchers de soleil en perspective. Interieur simple, un peu désuet mais propre. Attention draps, serviettes, eau et électricité non compris dans le prix.

Vue et emplacement excellents dans un logement fonctionnel

A 2 minutes de rochers plats et crique avec vue sur le golf de la Revelatta et 10 du centre ville a pieds. Mais une chambre avec fenêtre donnant sur une piece sombre et inachevée. Pas de clim, défauts électriques. L’annonce doit preciser lapiece aveugle et les draps + eau/électricité en sus. Cela dit cela reste marginal par rapport au plaisir d’avoir pu etre dans ce logement !

Appartement duplex assez pratique. Propre bien situé vue magnifique proche d’une crique. Équipement de l’appartement correct mais minimal. Attention : eau, électricité, location des serviettes, location des draps, ménage, taxe de séjour sont à rajouter. Au total c’est cher.

Malgré une situation exceptionnelle, le confort intérieur de cette villa-appartement au niveau de l'ameublement laisse à désirer. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas satisfaisant. C'est dommage!
